Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres kleinen Einfamilienhauses und strahlt Tiroler Gemütlichkeit aus. Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Ferienwohnung „Primavera“

Geschmackvoll ausgestattete kleine Ferienwohnung für 1-2 Personen in einem schönen Landhaus direkt an den Bergen. Viele Wanderungen und Bergtouren direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Restaurant, Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig (10 Minuten) im Ort. Anfahrt mit der Bahn möglich. Ortschaft Murnau mit vielen Geschäften und Cafés in 15 Min. Autofahrt erreichbar. Im Winter bei guten Schneeverhältnissen gespurte Loipe fußläufig. Die Zugspitzbahn in Grainau ist mit dem Auto in 30 Min. erreichbar.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist im Untergeschoss unserers Einfamilienhauses gelegen. Die Schlafcouch im Fernsehzimmer kann auch als zweites Schlafzimmer genutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist durch einen separaten Eingang zu betreten - ihr seit also ganz ungestört. Eschenlohe liegt mitten in der Natur mit vielen Wander- und Biketouren. Wir geben euch gerne Tipps für tolle Touren oder stellen euch Karten, Wanderführer oder GPS-Tracks zur Verfügung.
