The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to local shops. Also conveniently located to Stockholmsmässan, 11 minutes by car or 25 by train.

The apartment is in a nice and quiet area next to central station, airport transportation. Within 10 minutes walk you can reach the downtown shopping streets with a lot of malls, restaurants, bars and night clubs. The city hall, old town and royal palace are also within the walking distance. There is a subway station Rådhuset just outside the door. The flat is 40 square meters with great views, the bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and balcony. There is a 160 cm bed sofa in the living room.

Välkommen till vårt lilla hus på 30 kvm – perfekt för ett par eller en liten familj. Ni sover tillsammans på loftet (160x200 cm säng). Gästhuset ligger alldeles intill vårt eget bostadshus. Vi värnar om våra gästers integritet och gör vårt bästa för att ni ska känna er ostörda under vistelsen. Vi finns tillgängliga om ni behöver något – annars håller vi en låg profil och låter er njuta av er tid i lugn och ro. På bilderna ser ni hur de två husen ligger i förhållande till varandra.

A well-designed 27 sqm apartment featuring a main room with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for three. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and storage shelves. Guests have full access to the apartment, including free WiFi, bedding, towels, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, coffee, and tea. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is ongoing construction in the area, but the work is scheduled for regular work hours on weekdays.

Endast 10 minuter från Avicii Arena/3Arena och 20 min från Stockholm City bor ni i ett lugnt radhusområde med bra kommunikationer och gratis parkering. Kollektivtrafiken avgår ständigt från busstationen som ligger på 2 minuters avstånd från bostaden. Här bor ni såväl nära naturen som stadens puls. Lägenheten som är på 80 kvm ligger på bottenplan av vårt suterränghus. Bostaden har egen ingång, är fullt utrustad. Välkommen att trivas i ett hem med både komfort och bekvämlighet

Välkommen till vårt mysiga mini-hus på 40 kvm i Huddinge! Här bor du i ett lugnt och familjevänligt område nära sjön Gömmaren, perfekt för bad, fiske och natursköna promenader. I närheten finns även löpspår och möjligheter att plocka bär och svamp. För den äventyrlige ligger Flottsbro nära, med skidåkning på vintern och downhill-cykling på sommaren. Dessutom har du bekvämt avstånd till matbutiker och service. En perfekt plats för både avkoppling och aktiviteter!

My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Välkommen till ett fristående minihus beläget i Älvsjö. Härifrån har du gångavstånd till Älvsjömässan samt till bussar och pendeltåg som tar dig in till Stockholm city på tio minuter. Huset är inrett med en 120 cm säng. Köksdel med spis, micro och kylskåp. Grundläggande köksutrustning/porslin. Wc/dusch. Det finns tillgång till tvättmaskin under längre vistelser, enligt överenskommelse.

Small apartment with private entrance in detached house. The space contains one big room with a sleeping area and a TV area where you can enjoy a film using our WiFi. There is also a dining room with a kitchenette where you have a microwave, a water boiler and a fridge (no stove or oven). Next to the shower there is a sauna available for your relaxation.
