One of the coolest places to stay in Old Town Salzburg!! The apartment itself is very unique and historical but has modern amenities. Literally right in Old Town Salzburg you walk just a few minutes and you are in the square. Plenty of food options. The host was responsive and even gave us some local advice. Love this place

Die Lage war unschlagbar – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem! Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Alles lief reibungslos, absolut empfehlenswert!

L'appartement est très bien et très pratique pour un séjour dans les environs de Berchtesgaden (à 30 min en voiture). L'appartement était propre, même si les ustensiles de cuisine comme les poêles ou plats, auraient mérité un meilleur nettoyage! Je recommande !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Silvia! Alles war super – die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Silvia ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schick. Wir waren mit unseren drei Teenagern dort, zum Skifahren. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. :) ggf ist die Couch zum lümmeln mit 5 Personen zu klein. Aber hey, wenn man sonst nichts hat. Der Ort hat alles was man braucht. Danke Danke für alles!

Daniel is great host, very friendly and helpful. We had detailed instruction for every aspect from starting from check-in to using home aplliances. Apartment in good location, grocery market is very close, park and river nearby. Nice smart home solution intalled. Free parking on the street, but hard to find place. We had good stay :)

La casa era molto accogliente e fornita di tutti i servizi indicati. Il parcheggio molto comodo, vicino all’alloggio. Molti servizi come ristoranti e supermercati a pochi passi. Zona molto silenziosa la notte. consiglio a tutti questo appartamento.

Wow, was für eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben bei Christina unseren Hochzeitsurlaub verbracht und hätten uns keine schönere Unterkunft vorstellen können. Die Aussicht auf die Berge, das idyllische Grundstück und vor allem das Haus mit eigener Sauna. Einfach nur ein Traum. Und mit Christina selbst hatten wir durchgehend einen wirklich freundlichen und positiven Kontakt. Vielen Dank😊

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

We had our amazing 3 nights stay and the space is comfortable for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen and walkable distance to train station. Highly Recommended!

ואוו ואוו מקום מושלםם דירה ענקית, יפה ,מצוחצחת, ריח טוב ,מפנקת ושווה כל מחיר. לא חסר בה כלום ברמת ירידה לפרטים הכי קטנים. בעל הדירה נותן שרות מדהים, זמין בכל שעה ועזר לנו ברכבות ובאטרקציות באזור . הוא חיכה לנו כשהגענו- למרות שזה היה שעה מאוחרת, ונתן תחושה הכי טובה שיש! הנוף מהחלונות ומהמרפסת מטורף שלא רצינו לצאת מהדירה. קרוב לזלצבורג כמה דק נסיעה , לאטרקציות ומסלולים. היה לנו חווית נופש מושלמת ונחזור שוב!

Η διαμονή μας στο Σάλτσμπουργκ ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Το σπίτι ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Βρισκόταν σε ένα ήσυχο και γραφικό προάστιο, προσφέροντας την ηρεμία που αναζητούσαμε, ενώ παράλληλα η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης ήταν εύκολη—μόλις 15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν το ισόγειο και το υπόγειο ενός προσεγμένου σπιτιού, εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο. Η οικοδέσποινα μάς περίμενε παρ’ όλο που φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ, με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο, και φρόντισε να μας εξηγήσει όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν για να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η διακόσμηση είχε γούστο και ζεστασιά, ενώ ο εξοπλισμός ήταν πλήρης—κυριολεκτικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Το πάρκινγκ ήταν εύκολο και βολικό, είτε στον ιδιωτικό χώρο που μας προοριζόταν είτε απ’ έξω. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, με σουπερμάρκετ σε απόσταση 5-10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο και ό,τι χρειάζεσαι κοντά σου. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και νιώσαμε πραγματικά ευγνώμονες γι’ αυτή την εμπειρία. Had a lovely stay at Christine’s place that is only a short drive outside Salzburg. Christine responded to any questions quickly and always greeted us with smile. The surrounds are peaceful and private. Enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and watching the farm cats in the field outside the patio. Very well stocked kitchen and the automatic espresso machine made perfect coffee. Would return in a heartbeat if in Salzburg area again.

Previous reviews do not adequately capture the excellence of this establishment. It is truly remarkable. Several notable aspects not mentioned in other reviews include: 1. The bathroom is exceptional, boasting beautiful aesthetics, impressive water pressure, and a washer and dryer that surpass any we've encountered in Europe. 2. The bedrooms are surprisingly equal in terms of amenities, despite one having a terrace and another having a TV, making room selection a relatively effortless process. 3. The hosts demonstrate exceptional responsiveness before, during, and after our stay. 4. A convenient door separates the living area from the bedrooms, featuring a large window that allows for visibility while minimizing noise disturbance. 5. When using the toilet in the smaller bathroom, it is advisable to utilize the courtesy flush option. 6. According to a local acquaintance, these condos are valued at over one million dollars and are situated in one of the wealthiest areas of town!

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

L'appartement est très joli , spacieux et est situé dans un quartier calme. Nous avons stationné notre véhicule dans le garage ce qui est très pratique. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal nous avons pu visiter le centre de Munich à pied (compter 10/15 minutes à pied).

매우 편안한 주택이었어요. 공간도 넓고, 필요한 생활용품이 모두 다 갖추어져 있습니다. 예쁜 정원도 있어서 새소리와 풍경이 아름답습니다. 버스정류장도 가까워서 잘츠부르크 카드가 있으면 버스타기도 편리합니다. 잘츠부르크 주요관광지에도 접근하기 좋습니다. 근처에 SPAR 나 BILLA도 있어요. 레스토랑들도 많고요. 호스트가 와인도 한 병 줘서 맛있게 잘 먹었어요. 재방문 의사 100입니다.

Wir durften paar Tage Gast bei Tanja sein. Es war super:) Tanja ist stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hat tolle Empfehlungen zum Wandern gegeben. Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Umgebung, von der aus man sofort loswanden kann. Berchtesgaden und der Königssee liegen mit dem Auto 10 bis 20 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und war sauber und einwandfrei. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️
