The house was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of space to comfortably accomodate 6 people. The location is excellent; quiet but close to amenities and transport into town. Di was a sensational host, and the house had the best home feel we have ever had in an air bnb experience. The kitchen is extremely well equipped which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this air BnB.

Novel location in the middle of the city. Garage was a very nice safety aspect. Alley leading to place was a typical inner city side street that might be a little less predictable at night. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk anywhere and lots of close and great restaurants. Overall very happy with the place.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

My family had an absolutely amazing long weekend at Charles’ home. Kenneth supported a very smooth check-in and was super friendly and responsive. I really appreciated that the hosts were very responsive and also transparent about the feasibility of staying in their home with a baby. The home itself was spotlessly clean, had a beautiful kitchen, and was very peaceful to relax while watching the river flow by. We will be back!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Laura, parfait pour un bref séjour à Edinburg. La maison était parfaite, propre et bien équipée. Laura a toujours été trés réactive et de bons conseils. (et le bus 16 démarre à 30m de la maison et arrive directement dans la vieille ville !) Je recommande !

This is let is worth a visit if you are a family or in a group. It's a peaceful location with off-road parking. We all had a room to ourselves and there are nice places to relax in the house. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the tram stop and be in Edinburgh centre in 20 minutes or so. You can make the best of Edinburgh when staying. Usman is very hospitable and will meet and show you round himself. He communicated well for us and was flexible with when we could check in. This proved very helpful on the day! I would recommend staying here, it's a nice place.

Traveled to Edinburgh in April with two young children. This apartment was an excellent location to explore Edinburgh and also get to and from Waverly. Everything was clean, all the amenities were easy to use. It was particularly nice to have a washing machine and drying rack. The hosts were also very responsive and provided lots of nice recommendations. The pub just next to the apartment on the street is not to be missed.

Slawomir was a great host. Showed us around the apartment with instructions and recommendations. He responded quickly and meet us after we checked out as something was left behind in a drawer. The apartment was well equipped with the basics and some extras such as umbrellas, spices, tea etc. Highly recommend and we would not hesitate to return should we go back to Edinburgh.

Such an amazing place to stay. It really made me relax after each day of exploration. The bed was so nice and comfy. The location is so fantastic as well, I would recommend to try the Pantry and the Antiquary nearby. Emma the co-host is such a lovely woman, so nice to talk to and really helpful. This little apartment is definitely a 5/5 in my book. I can only describe this place with a word from DK: Hygge :-)

L'appartement est situé dans une zone résidentielle calme, à 5 minutes du tram qui relie le centre d'Edimbourg en moins de 30 minutes. L'appartement est très propre et Dave est très réactif, il nous a recommandé des adresses pour manger. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises quelques heures supplémentaires pour pouvoir nous balader légers. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

What a gorgeous apartment and wonderful host! First timers to Edinburgh, rest assured. This place is easy to find, about a twenty minute walk from waverley station and fifteen to anywhere else! The castle, shops, restaurants , walking tours etc.. Canongate is the tail end of the Royal Mile which starts at the castle, slopes down and becomes the High Street, then becomes Canongate. So it’s all the same road. Richard is an excellent communicator and will meet you. The apartment itself is lovely with stunning views! This was my second stay and it was as delightful as the first. Highly recommend!

Thank you Johanna for such a wonderful stay. All of the instructions (with pictures!) Really ensured a smooth and easy check in and clear instructions also left for us in the flat. The flat is in a nice quiet area but still easily walkable from the city centre. We walked from Waverley and stopped at a lovely pub for tea halfway there. Very clean and spacious and the milk/cereals/nepresso were really appreciated. The main reason I booked was due to the 2 bathrooms, as with 2 couples this was ideal and meant getting ready for a day round Edinburgh was streamlined! The king bed was extremely comfy and I am assured the double was as well. We had breakfast one day at the Spoons round the corner and Sunday we ordered a breakfast delivery from Dine Thyme (would recommend for ease and good Scottish items). I would not hesistate to stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Sue And Grant foram sempre muito prestáveis, ajudaram-nos em todos os aspectos possíveis, respondiam rapidamente às nossas questão e fizeram-nos sentir em casa. o Apartamento está muito bem localizado, próximo de paragens de autocarros e a 15m do centro. Apesar de ser um espaco pequeno, está muito bem equipado, rentabilizado e decorado, sendo o único aspeto menos positivo, a qualidade do colchão da cama (mole e pouco confortável, pelo menos para nós). Vale muito a pena pelo seu todo todo, voltávamos sem pensar duas vezes.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Amazing location close to everything! 5 minutes from the station, just of Princes Street, yet quiet at night due to thick walls and good couble glazing. Nicely decorated place with a super lounge area. Great communicative hosts, even enabled us to extend our check out a little bit which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend, and would return in a heart beat.

Josh’s place was great! Wonderful central location. Close to many attractions. Josh was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Place was perfect for our family of three. It was also quiet, and we could sleep in when we desired. We felt very welcome and loved the place. Would love to stay again!

First of all, Ryan let me drop my bags at the flat around 11A, which was SO nice, and opened up my options for day #1 sightseeing. The flat is in a great location: away from the hubbub of Princes Street (where I spent the first two nights due to a change in plans, and don’t get me wrong, Princes Street is great, but it’s hopping), but 11 stops (22 min) on the 10 bus from Princes Street, if that’s where you’re headed. Two highlights: 1) The laundry game here is STRONG, including a descending drying rack in the laundry room which I’m 100% going to copy as soon as I get home. 2) GREAT shower. I used the tub mat, because if I fall in the shower, it’s going to be bad. 3) Convenience store across the street, Lidl (grocery) within a mile walk. Take your bag to both, as a reminder (I had to run back across the street). Thanks, Ryan. I hope to be back next year for the Edinburgh curling tournament. John

New Town is a beautiful part of Edinburgh and Cornelius's apartment was perfectly located to make benefit of its bars and restaurants. The apartment was just lovely with tasteful art work and a nice minimalist feel. Well appointed so easy to turn to home cooking when needed and all in all we would be happy to recommend.

⭐️ X5! We’ve stayed at lots of properties over the years and this ranks in the very top. Kornelia has put much care, design and professionalism into this great location. All is as described but she sets it apart with her kind and prompt responsiveness and attentiveness. We absolutely would not hesitate to recommend her wonderful, Comfortable ( bed especially!) and complete place to our friends. As others have noted: a true 2-3 minute walk to a bus stop and easy into the city. Close by coop or other stores. Thank you again Kornelia for a lovely stay! 👍👍

Het appartement van Sue is ontzettend fijn en knus. Leuke details, goede bedden, twee badkamers en op loopafstand van de bus. Sue is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik raad dit van harte aan!
