Common outdoor unheated seasonal swimming pool surround with a furnished sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, as well as common BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area are at your disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing families or friends vacation. Kindly note: The swimming pool is open from 1.6. - 1.10. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out so you can explore the place a little bit more before your departure. Free private parking is available on side, reservation is not needed.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offer one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a little challenge but we promise it is worth it!
