Duino-Aurisina: case vacanze con accesso alla spiaggia

Everything was great, don't hesitate to book this apartment, I would stay here again! The view is from the balcony only but it's an amazing view and a great patio! Everything you need is right at the bottom of the street, I went out each day for a great walk (in the rain) and picked up everything I needed from the Konzum (don't miss out on the back section) and Minoza for all the baked goods! Sushi place is excellent. PS apartment is smallish but it can sleep a lot of people, the couch is great, main bed in nice, upstairs are 2 more small single beds and there are 2 full baths! Dedicated parking 👍🏻PSS I'm on a motorcycle and the street and access to the parking are very steep but once you get into the parking area it's flat and I recommend.

Stella est une hôte ultra sympathique et très consciencieuse. Elle était très réactive et aux petits soins. Elle a été très arrangeante avec nous et nous a permi de stocker nos bagages dans l’appartement après notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé : à 5mn à pied d’absolument tout ! —> lavomatik, grande place, église, restaurants, plages… Il contient tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et faire le ménage. Le seul point en moins : les lits qui n’étaient pas très confortables. Merci encore à Stella qui nous a fait passer un très bon séjour ❤️☺️

Die Wohnung war super nah an der Altstadt und man hatte alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber und einen Parkplatz gibt es auch vor der Tür. Wenn man einen schönen Strand sucht, muss man ein Stück fahren aber ansonsten alles top.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage super- fast direkt am Meer. Mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter in der unteren Etage war es gut auszuhalten -Ende September. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Grado zu erkunden oder auch weitere Ausflüge nach Triest, aber auch Kroatien zu unternehmen. Einzig das nicht funktionierende Fernsehen hätte ein Problem werden können, wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre. Dann lieber kein Fernseher angeben. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Check-in sowie Check-out waren stressfrei, Monica hat nachgefragt ob alles passt und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt! Jederzeit wieder!

Mirko ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hat eine Tolle Lage mit Aussicht auf den Strand. Es ist alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung und zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank Mirko für deine Gastfreundschaft

Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt, v.a. auch mit Hund. Die Wohnung selbst ist ebenso: gut geschnitten, super sauber und gemütlich. In Küche und Bad ist alles vorhanden. Und der sonnige Balkon über dem Platz ist der Hit! Donatella regelt vorab die Einfahrt in die Fußgängerzone zum Entladung, und sie ist beim Einchecken selbst da. Von Anfang an ist die Kommunikation mit ihr ganz einfach und herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne sehr bald wieder.

Muy buena experiencia, justo a unos pasos del mar, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio. Atendieron rápidamente nuestras solicitudes y fue un excelente lugar para descansar y salir a caminar.

La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen. zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit. haben die Ruhe und die Lage sehr genossen. Der Strand ist super innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rund um sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmal.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ondina ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Meer ist in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Super Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger und dennoch strandnaher Lage, mit eigenem Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder etc. Perfekt für Familien.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea House in Izola. The place is very cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The host was very helpful with parking and Wi-Fi and responded quickly to our questions. The house is in the historical city centre just 3 minutes from the beach. Overall, it’s a lovely, romantic spot for a relaxing getaway!

Siamo stati ospiti di Boris 3 giorni; la sua casa è davvero molto graziosa e allegra, accessoriata con quello che serve, piena di luce e con una finestra sul mare meravigliosa! La posizione è molto comoda, mercato per la spesa praticamente sotto casa, ristoranti e vari negozi nei dintorni. Boris è stato un host molto gentile! Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Tolle & vorallem sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Meer und Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz vorhanden, finde ich wichtig wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei & es war kein Problem, im Gegenteil Danilo war sehr freundlich. Auch Triest für einen Tagesausflug ist schnell zu erreichen. Würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Diana. Casa molto confortevole, molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario; situata in una bellissima area molto tranquilla di fronte al porto. Posto auto comodissimo. Host perfetto che ha sempre risposto velocemente e precisamente alle nostre richieste. Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole, ci siamo trovati come a casa. Sicuramente torneremo! Cozy and fully equipped flat located in the center of Umag, just 20 meters from the sea - perfect choice for both short and long stays regardless of the period of the year. Despite the apartment is located in the city center, it provides pleasant tranquility and privacy from the noisy streets. In turn, Dezi, the host, is a very friendly person with a proactive approach.

Wir waren in der off-Season dort. Es war alles super organisiert. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel mit der an und Abreise. Die Terrasse ist hervorragend um in den Abendstunden zu genießen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Für uns von großem Vorteil war, das wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten und der Hundestrand nur 100 Meter entfernt war. Die Stadt Monfalcone ist leider sehr anschaulich- aber die Lage zu Triest / Koper oder Gradow - Venedig gut.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo e ordinato, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non mancava davvero nulla — dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, dalla lavastoviglie agli altri piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono tutto più comodo e funzionale. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: affacciarsi ogni mattina sul porticciolo turistico è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, uno spettacolo rilassante e suggestivo che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. Un grazie di cuore ad Annalisa e Sandro per la loro accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto!
