The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. This little place is located in the city centre, on the top, 5th floor building without elevator. ...but its worth of climbing, the view is stunning. Rosa is apartment 47m2+private balcony 4m2 in the building with a view on the sea channel. Apartment is on the 2nd floor (if you need to get luggage and bags I'll help, and carry them up for you) from center old town walking distance 15-20 minute. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). All furniture is made of the natural materials, linen, towels and the rest canavas are made of cotton.

Mala kamena kuća sa pogledom na more, velikom terasom i mjesto za parkiranje. Unutarnji prostor se sastoji od galerije sa dva kreveta . U donjem dijelu nalazi se otvoreni prostor sa kuhinjom, blagovaonicom dnevni boravak sa velikim kaučom na rasklapanje za dvije osobe i kupaonica sa tuš kabinom. Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
