Το σπίτι βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα μετά την πλατεία του χωριού,4 χιλιόμετρα από την διάσημη παραλία τής παλαιοκστριτσας,με κήπο και γκαζόν και σκιά κάτω από το δέντρο του λωτου με αρκετή ηρεμία. για χαλάρωση. Ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ μέσα στον χώρο για ασφάλεια. Επίσης υπάρχει κοινόχρηστο μπάρμπεκιου. Επίσης στην πλατεία του χωριού θα βρείτε 3 ταβέρνες,ένα μίνι μάρκετ και γύρω στα500 μέτρα θα βρείτε 2 Σούπερ μάρκετ,βενζινάδικο,Καφέ,Κομμωτήριο παιδική χαρά.

To Spiros Holidays House είναι το ιδανικό μέρος να επισκεφτείτε όταν θέλετε να ξεκουραστείτε και να περάσετε ξέγνοιαστες διακοπές στο πανέμορφο νησί των Φαιάκων και ιδιαίτερα στο γραφικό και παραδοσιακό χωρίο των Δουκάδων. Είκοσι λεπτά από την Παλαιά Πόλη της Κέρκυρας και οκτώ μόλις λεπτά από την φημισμένη για την ομορφιά των καταπράσινων νερών, την πολυτραγουδισμένη Παλαιοκαστρίτσα. Στα 100μ από το σπίτι υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου με συχνά δρομολόγια, για τους παραπάνω προορισμούς.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα ηλιόλουστο αγρόκτημα, περιτριγυρισμένο από ελαιόδεντρα, στο γραφικό χωριό των Δουκάδων. Σε απάσταση 17χιλ από το κέντρο της Κέρκυρας και μόλις 4χιλ από την Παλαιοκαστρίτσα και 2χιλ από τις παραλίες των Λιαπάδων! Η σταση λεωφορείου απέχει μόλις 200μ ενώ στα 700μ μπορείτε να βρείτε φαρμακεία, σούπερ μάρκετ, βενζινάδικα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, καφετεριες, ταβέρνες και άλλα. Ο χώρος μας είναι φιλόξενος, ασφαλές και ιδανικός για όσους αγαπούν τη φύση!

La maison est située dans le village de montagne pittoresque de Doukades. Elle a presque 150 ans, mais grâce à une rénovation récente, elle dispose de tout le confort moderne, lumière et espace. A proximité, vous trouverez la place de village animée, des restaurants et des routes de randonnée idylliques. Un peu plus loin se trouvent les plus belles plages. La maison est idéale pour ceux qui aiment la nature et souhaitent explorer Corfou de manière authentique.

It has been lovingly restored and offers unique accommodation at a very affordable price. Pelekas itself is located on Corfu's west coast, close to two of the island's best beaches - Kontogialos (Pelekas Beach) and Glyfada. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο και οικογένειες (με παιδιά). Βρίσκεται μόλις 4km από τις υπέροχες παραλίες της Παλαιοκαστρίτσας.

Although this lovely and romantic tree house is set in the woods, it is light and airy with a balcony that overlooks the verdant landscape so typical of Corfu. The detail as well as the tasteful fabrics adds to the ambience. Whilst small it has everything you need. It will enchant you. Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
