The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. International airport Tivat is 7 kilometers far, and the city of Dubrovnik (Croatia) with its nearby airport Cilipi is 60 kilometers away, also well connected to Kotor (Montenegro).
