Amazing place to stay in Ulcinj! The apartment was extremely clean and the host was very friendly, welcoming, and kind. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay with family or friends in Ulcinj.

Everything was perfect! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great—peaceful yet close to the city center. I felt at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Nikolas Airbnb bietet vom Balkon aus einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer (Mali plaza). Wir konnten ihn jederzeit gut erreichen und er hat uns sehr herzlich mit vielen Infos zur Stadt begrüßt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles notwendige für den Aufenthalt. Es gibt eine kleine Treppe die den Zugang zum Strand verkürzt.

The apartment was clean and matches the pictures. Raco was very responsive and a great host. Check-in was flexible and Raco kept in contact the whole time. He was able to accommodate a later check-out time. We were even treated to homemade donuts from her mother upon check-out. Overall, a great experience!

Отличный вид из окна, хорошая сантехника ( только в нашем номере не работал полотенцесушитель). Кровати, подушки удобные. Расположение и вид из окна 10\10 Сам город нам не понравился, и если бы жили не у моря - было бы совсем грустно.

there was some trouble with the electricity so Kollorado took us to a different place which was as nice as the one we booked. we even got a discount. the apartment was in the centre but still quiet and the view was nice as well. Kollorado even gave us some nice recommendations for activities in the evening. :)

Very modern, well furnished, spacious apartment in the city center with all the amenities. Very helpful and super responsive host. Even before the visit she helped me with finding bus connection to Shkodra. Building and the lift look old but the apartment is top notch. Highly recommend.

Very good stay. The apartment is big and totally worth it. Miranda and her daughter are two nice persons. You can easily reach in 20 minutes the Rozafa castle (astonishing 360 degrees view from the top) by renting a bike at the hostel near the main roundabout for 5 euros per day. The apartment position given by the Airbnb map is correct. Instead, if I Google Mapped the address, it took me to another building at the end of the same road. Enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

Всё очень понравилось!! Jelena — потрясающая хозяйка, всегда была на связи, принесла нам красивые бокалы для вина, встречала и провожала! В доме есть всё, что нужно для отдыха на море, а для моей больной спины хозяйка принесла 2 мягких матраса, что сделало отдых ещё лучше. Моя однозначная рекомендация! 100 из 10! Вернёмся сюда ещё!

Rino's property was spacious and had everything we needed. It is located in the centre of Shkoder with a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area. Many of thr tour groups also have meeting points within 10 minutes walking distance of the property. Rino was also very communicative and helpful. We could not get the Euro finals on the TV and Rino came by to take us to a club where he arranged a table for us so we could watch it on a big screen. The property also has space to park 1 car, but you are not allowed to drive through the streets to get to the property between 9:00 to 12:00 and 19:00 to 24:00. If you do not make it back in time, there is a nearby parking lot which charged us 300 leke (~ €3) to park overnight. Overall, the property is a great place to stay in a great location. Rino is also an excellent host.

Bio sam gost ovde na par dana sa devojkom. Stan je fino osvetljen i dobar za freelance radnike kao što smo mi, a i internet je veoma brz i stabilan što nam je bilo najvažnije. Lokacija je blizu plaže i šetalista možda nekih 300-400 metara, ima besplatan javni parking ispred zgrade, a i velike prodavnice su baš blizu. Stvarno nam se dopalo i to što se na veče može spavati jer je baš mirno, a opet blizu svega bitnog u gradu. Stan poseduje sve što je neophodno i za duži boravak, a budući da je Nemanja super domaćin i odmah nam je pokazao sve što smo ga pitali i predložio par super mesta za obilazak, stvarno ga preporučujemo po svim kriterijumima. Sa ovakvim domaćinom nema greške. Sve preporuke.

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Wirklich sehr coole Unterkunft mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für Leute die mit einem Auto in Montenegro unterwegs sind.

We felt truly at home, like family visiting from away we were welcomed very warmly. The pool is great, the room and linen are Sheraton level or better. Was very impressed. Will be back

We had apartment on ground floor, above the restaurant. We have got a wonderful view over the quay. The apartment has spacious living rook combined with the kitchen. Living room has ~100" TV set We stayed with a kid of 8 and two cats. Everything went well, have no complaints. All our requests were fulfilled. Three bedrooms two of which are equipped with a dedicated bathroom. There's one common bathroom in the apartment. Kitchen is connected with a terrace which has sunbeds and a table. Terrace is large enough to do yoga and walk. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate small tower with huge windows through which you can observe the changing views of the sea. Pretty cosy! Apartment if full of different items. Decoration seems interesting and unusual. Hosts are living in the same building, but we had a separate entrance. There's a cosy beach down the hill with a small restaurant. Place it super quite. No crowds of people. The beach felt private. It's pebble beach.

Adi i porodica su pravi domaćini. Odavno se negdje nismo osjećali baš kao kod kuće, bez imalo pretjerivanja. Odlične lokalne preporuke, sjajna hrana u restoranu u čijem je sklopu apartman, čistoća na jako visokom nivou, osoblje jako susretljivo i prijatno. Jacuzzi čist i u potpunosti funkcionalan. Kreveti jako udobni. Parking ispred zgrade. Naš boravak smo produžili za još 4 noći nakon prvobitne rezervisane dvije 😊 to je i više no dovoljan pokazatelj kvaliteta. Svaka čast, ovako se radi posao :)

Fantastyczne miejsce!! Komfortowo, wręcz luksusowo, chyba nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Nie mamy żadnych negatywnych uwag. Byliśmy poza sezonem - mieliśmy wrażenie dużego spokoju i idealnej ciszy. Przyjemny, nowy (jeszcze nawet niedokończony) apartamentowiec, w spacerowej odległości od Centrum Ulcinja. Bardzo czysto i świeżo w mieszkaniu. Nowe, wysokiej jakości sprzęty, świetne wyposażenie. Nawet klimatyzatory działają cicho. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Wygodne łóżko, przyjemna pościel. Podróżowaliśmy z 3-letnią córeczką, która była również zachwycona (rozkładany fotel do spania przy dużym łóżku, 2 niskie stoliki, krzesełko, plastikowe kubeczki). Możliwość skorzystania z miejsca w zamykanym garażu. Telewizor ze wszelkimi netflixami ;-). Od początku do końca świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, który dawał jasne instrukcje i przydatne podpowiedzi. Z przyjemnością przyjechalibyśmy ponownie, polecamy każdemu!!
