Piacevole cottage con tre camere da letto in una tranquilla strada laterale a Ward 's Cove, sulla riva occidentale del lago Sebago. Pulito e ben attrezzato. Mangiare di buone dimensioni in cucina. La spiaggia di Pebbly è vicina, così come il minimarket locale, il Jordan 's Store, accanto al nostro ufficio. Descrizione del lungomare/lotto: una spiaggia di ciottoli condivisa si trova a pochi passi di distanza. Dock/Adatto per la legatura: nessun molo. Ormeggio: no. Camere da letto: tre.

Hai anche accesso a una spiaggia sabbiosa più grande a pochi passi di distanza. Il cortile sul retro di buone dimensioni è pianeggiante, ha un patio con vista sul lago. Il piano inferiore è un concetto aperto con una camera da letto con 2 letti singoli e un bagno completo. Nelle camere da letto al piano superiore ci sono un re e una regina, insieme a un altro bagno completo e a una zona salotto aggiuntiva.

Graziosa vista su Sebago. WiFi, Internet ad alta velocità e canali via cavo di base. Ottimo posto! Un sacco di privacy in questo cottage che si trova letteralmente in riva al mare. Un luogo perfetto per una vacanza. Ascolta il grido dei Loons e ammira il bellissimo sole e la luna che sorge. Portico schermato, grande camino in pietra, zona giorno/pranzo aperta, cucina ben attrezzata. Vista incantevole, relax e ascolto del ruscello che confina con la proprietà. Bel molo e galleggiante da nuoto.

L'ingresso poco profondo è ideale per nuotare. Goditi anche i 2 kayak forniti.

Anche le camere da letto e il bagno completo si trovano al piano principale. Il piano seminterrato offre un po' di spazio in più durante il soggiorno e un accesso diretto all'acqua. Anche la zona lavanderia si trova nel seminterrato.
