The Elms - River Room

The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The River Room has one queen bed, private bathroom with tub, a desk, large closet, and a view of the Presumscot. This is the most desirable room in the Elms. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

Boutique Hotel Suites up to 8 people -Min to Beach

Beach Fantasy Apartment Hotel is located in the heart of Old Orchard Beach, on the main street, walking distance to the beach, all attractions, shops, restaurants, and all entertainment areas. The Hotel offers 3 bedroom apartments with full kitchen, living room, 2 full baths, with a capacity of up to 8 people per unit. You and your kids can also enjoy many Old Orchard Beach attractions like the Beachfront Palace Playland Park, which is the only beachfront amusement parkland much more.

The Elms - Cumberland Room

3 Bedroom Townhouse - The Harraseeket Inn

Our three-bedroom townhouses are located toward the back of our property, along a beautiful treelined path right in the heart of Freeport Village. These are perfect for a quick trip for a family or couple who would like the extra space while enjoying the Inn or ideal for long-term stays. Several of our townhouses are pet friendly. All townhouses are two floors, with all bedrooms located on the second floor. All townhouses have one bathroom located on the second floor.

The Crow's Nest

Our Crows Nest Suite, located on the second floor, features a generous oak wet bar, counter seating for two, and an oak paneled built in sectional sofa that can double as a sleep area for one adult or two small children. Skylights fill this space with natural light and offer birds eye views of the Observatory. Cobalt blue upholstery and shower tile add pop and contrast to its warm wood built ins, bright original artwork, and plush wool area rug.

Large Room in Charming 1820s Inn- Hosac Mountain

Charming, farmhouse style, large room with queen bed in a classic New England Inn. Built in the 1820s, the inn has historic, classic touches, and modern amenities. Enjoy breakfast, Lunch or Dinner at Lindsay's Restaurant downstairs, or grab a cocktail on the porch. Cornish is situated halfway between Portland and North Conway, and close to summer camps and lakes in the Sebago Lake region. A perfect stopover or opportunity for a longer unwind.

Located throughout the second and third floors of the hotel, our Historic King rooms feature an inviting king bed fitted with French bedsheets and Cuddledown quilts and pillows. Highlighting original, historic elements, these rooms each boast a unique floor plan and offer plenty of space for guests to stretch out after a day of exploring Portland. Bathrooms are complete with glass-enclosed standing showers and spa-like amenities.
