Woodland Cotswold Shepherd's Hut

This three year old hut is very comfy with multiple amenities including: a double futon bed (which is firm, but has a good foam mattress topper) a fold up and down dining table, a radiator, kitchen with mini fridge; plug electric hob; kettle and cookery equipment, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, books and binoculars for birdwatching on your walks. The hut sits on the edge of our private land, and backs onto a private footpath. Out front is a small stone patio with a fire pit and chairs.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Sylishly decorated and comfortable, with a small kitchenette; en-suite bathroom complete with shower and a woodburner for those cooler evenings. Set in 3/4 acre of grassed space with a wooded backdrop and views of the Ridgeway, the tranquil setting will allow you to relax, especially while luxuriating in the wood fired hot tub. Parking is at the farm, but access to hut is on foot only (300m). We are NOT Bourton on the Water

This beautiful Shepherds Hut is located on the edge of the River Avon, 10 minutes from Bath. Included in your stay are Kayaks, Paddle Boards & Bikes so you can kayak to the pub or cycle in to Bath and create some great memories and fun photo opportunities. At the end of the day you can relax in the outdoor bath with the fire crackling overlooking the water (Large glass of wine in hand optional) The hut is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect stay.
