The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Bibury Hidden Dovecote (Grade II Listed)

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. A 2 minute stroll will take you to the famous Wild Rabbit Restaurant and the ‘UK’s Dining pub of the year 2019’, The Kingham Plough. A 2 minute drive or 30 minute walk will lead you to another renowned culinary destination, Daylesford Organic Farm Shop, Restaurant and Spa. Famous Cotswold villages surround the area including Stow on the Wold, Burford and Bourton on the Water.

Pretty Chocolate Box Thatched Cottage

A beautiful late 16th century thatched cottage located in the beautiful village of Kingham. A two minute walk from The Wild Rabbit Pub and restaurant and also The Kingham Plough. The village also has a very handy village shop. Formerly owned by a London interior designer, the cottage was featured in House and Gardens Magazine in June 2023. A home away from home and only a short 30 min walk down the bridle path to the famous Daylesford Organic Farm shop, restaurants and Spa.
