The property is located just a few steps away from the Birgu main square where one would find various restaurants. The property is also 400m away from the Birgu Waterfront, here one would find more restaurants infront of the sea and many more attractions such as a ferry service which leads to Valletta and the 3 cities, the bridge leading to Senglea and most of all the iconic Fort St.Angelo.

The bus stop is just outside your door, as well as coffee shops, bakeries and take-away places. Top-notch restaurants at the Birgu Seafront and the Rinella beach are also withing walking distance.

NUMRU27 Expertly restored small house of character

A beautifully restored 400 year old small house situated in the heart of the historical city of Cospicua, one of the fabled three cities across the harbour from Malta's capital, Valletta. The space is warm and has been stylishly restored and furnished. The ground floor leads into a living room with a sofa, a kitchen/dining room and a guest toilet. The bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom together with a terrace are on the upper floor. This floor is reached via a staircase.

Brimming with character and history, Birgu is a medieval town filled with meandering narrow alleys, beautiful streetscapes and characteristic architecture. The townhouse itself has plenty of authentic features including thick stone walls, a traditional Maltese balcony, traditional Maltese patterned tiles and a typical wrought iron staircase. It is newly refurbished and finished to high standards.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.
