The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

Il mio alloggio di 100 metri quadri, è di fronte ad una bella pineta a 50 metri dal mare acessibile gratuitamente ,ed a 20 minuti dal centro di Trieste , si possono godere splendide viste panoramiche e piacevoli passeggiate lungo la Costiera fino al castello di Miramare. Ideale anche per una vacanza al mare d'estate in una zona con buoni ristoranti e bar all'aperto. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini), grandi gruppi e (animali domestici).

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Il mio alloggio è letteralmente sul mare. Gode di una vista mozzafiato. Dalla grande terrazza, oltre la pineta privata, c'è la spiaggia e il mare. Si trova al 5° piano di un condominio dotato di ascensore. E' molto luminoso, tutte le camere e il soggiorno affacciano sul mare. La sera sei cullato dal suono delle onde sulla battigia che ti conciliano il sonno. E' assolutamente perfetto per una coppia romantica come è l'ideale per una famiglia con bambini.

Luminoso e accogliente studio in Centro Storico affacciato su una vista mare semplicemente magica: dalle finestre lo sguardo abbraccia il blu dell'Adriatico, il ritmo lento delle barche, la luce e il profumo del mare creano un'esperienza di soggiorno rilassante e suggestiva. Tutto questo sarà incorniciato dalla vista dell' iconico antico Faro e in lontananza dal Castello di Miramare : simboli senza tempo della città. Ti aspettiamo !

Apartment is arranged for a comfortable sojourn of 2-4 persons, with large terrace and balcony, with parking place and a separate entrance, free WiFi, air conditioner, TV, radio and more. Apartment is located very close to Hiša FRANKO (walking distance of 5 minutes). Kanin ski resort is 20 minutes away. We offer Taxi service. Please inform us, if you want it, when you make the reservation.

Studio with garden near the sea

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.

These appartment in ground floor with garden is located in the centre of the oldest part of Piran, Punta, on first line near the sea. I like the tuch of history in every wall of these old house, were we found inscriptions in stone as old as from 1663.
