Open stone walls, huge comfortable bed, new bathroom, breakfast kitchen (no stove, coffee machine, fridge, water kettle, microwave) vintage furniture, cozy sofa. The mini flat is situated in a beautiful planted courtyard in the booming part of Kreuzberg. There are two bicycles.

It has a separate bedroom with window to the courtyard & a king bed. The lounge room has a sofa bed for 2 also with a window to the courtyard. The bathroom is with shower and kitchen is fully equipped, plus there is a washing machine. Please note the shower is only 2m in height so not suited for rugby players or sumo wrestlers!

You will have a private entrance, a private bathroom and a spacious room with a queen sized bed. You will have more than enough storage. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.

Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. It is just as fast to walk on the Admiralbrücke, to the Hasenheide or at the Kottbusser Tor. Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin. There’s also a bike rental close by
