Colico: alloggi vacanze con balcone

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sodass man auch mit mehreren gut sitzen, essen und entspannen kann. Das Gebäude selbst ist keine Schönheit, aber der Blick vom Balkon, der fußläufig zu erreichende See und die Nähe zum City Center sind wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist von der Autobahn schnell zu erreichen und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Küche ist super ausgestattet, große Sofaecke, Bäder nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Baby und Oma und alle haben sich wohlgefühlt.

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen 👍🏻☺️ ich würde wieder kommen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und eine sehr ruhige Lage. Das Haus war total sauber. Man hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Umístění hotelu a bazénu je bezkonkurenční. Hotel by potřeboval lehčí rekonstrukci - tak 20 let po své slávě. Ale přes to to bylo fajn místo a skvěle jsme si tam odpočinuli. Ideální pro rodiny s dětmi. Areál je kompletně uzavřený a jezero Como - 30 minut autem. Prodejna Coop - 2 minuty autem !

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit am schönen Comer See. Herr Pedrazzani hat uns freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps zu sprechen. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der große Balkon zum See ist phantastisch. Leider konnten wir wegen des Wetters nicht oft draußen sitzen – wie toll muss es dort erst im Sommer sein. Pianello ist ein beschaulicher, kleiner Ort und bietet dennoch gute Restaurants, Ausgehmöglichkeiten und sogar einen kleinen Supermarkt in Laufweite der Unterkunft. Vor Allem in der Bar Sport haben wir gerne unser Frühstück und unseren Aperitif genossen. Viele der schönen Orte am Comer See sind von hier gut zu erreichen. Besonders schön ist die Anreise mit den Linienschiffen, auch wenn man etwas Zeit mitbringen muss. Der Anleger ist jedenfalls bequem und schnell von der Unterkunft aus zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Am schönsten war für uns der Ausblick vom Balkon! Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir für eine Woche benötigt haben. Gera Lario ist etwas ruhiger und nicht allzu touristisch, was uns persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat. Für uns war es der perfekte Startpunkt um den Comer See mit dem Auto zu entdecken und auch die ein oder andere Wanderung zu unternehmen.

Colico ist ein schöner, kleiner Ort, der uns zumindest im September nicht touristisch überlaufen schien und von wo aus man den Comer See gut erkunden kann. Mit der Lage der Wohnung waren wir super zufrieden, Restaurants, Cafés, der Anleger der Fähre und ein Supermarkt sind direkt um die Ecke, parken lässt sich auch problemlos hinter dem Haus. Die Wohnung wirkte auf uns etwas größer als auf den Fotos und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen :)

Ancien hôtel réhabilité en logement. Bonne localisation, belle piscine + accès direct pour se baigner dans le lac, logement pas très grand mais idéal pour quelques jours et bien aménagé pour 4 personnes avec kitchenette et terrasse. La salle de sport qui mériterait d’être rénovée. Communication avec Claudia par call + text ok.

It was easy to find the apartment, the instructions were very clear. The location is amazing, 5 min to the ferry, 5 min to the supermarket, great restaurants nearby (Lugano, Divino13). The town itself is beautiful and peaceful, not so crowded as Varenna or Bellagio. We were without a car, and managed to visit Varenna, Bellagio and Lenno using public transportation, it was very easy and comfortable. The lack of elevator and the church bell were not a problem for us. In conclusion, great apartment, amazing location and good value. Definitely recommend!

Logement très bien équipé, bien chauffé et très proche du site d’escalade de Cresciano. Avec des nouveaux blocs récemment ouverts juste derrière le logement. L’arrivée et le départ sont très simples avec la boite à clef. L’endroit est très calme pour un séjour bien reposant. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

This is my second time staying with Wendy and it definitely won’t be my last! Wendy is a wonderful host, bubbly, friendly and responsive. The room is clean and cosy, with a stunning view, exactly like the pictures. The area has a few lovely restaurants, a bakery, a bar and connections to all of the popular Lake Como towns for day trips. I really cannot fault Wendy’s place. I can’t wait to come back next year!!

Hôtes très gentils et très accueillants, toujours disponibles et arrangeants. Beaucoup de choses à disposition. Cadre super agréable.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den Comer See. Ideal um von hier aus den See zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da in Sala Comacina selbst nur eine eingeschränkte Anzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Restaurants besteht. In der Umgebung befinden sich jedoch viele kleinere und größere Ortschaften, die zum erkunden einladen. Wenn man Langschläfer ist, sollte man jedoch den Glockenturm beachten, der bereits früh morgens ca. 7 Uhr mit seinem Glockenspiel startet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Sala Comacina und haben es sehr genossen von der Wohnung aus den See zu erkunden!

Great place to stay for those who like outdoors and views on the mountains. The view from the house is amazing, breathtaking! Furthermore, the house is perfect for a small family. Clean and tidy. Split levels which make the house play full. The owners live in the same village and welcomed us, helped us with setting up the pool for the children for some hot days, and also shared some local wine. Very much appreciated! There is an intermediary (Inter home) for this house. Good service but also adding cost (on top of AirBnB fee) and hazzle, using two platforms. Having to exchange a deposit via another platform. This is not why we use the Airbnb platform.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous l’avons trouvé idéal pour notre famille ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Il a fait très beau le temps de notre séjour, nous avons donc particulièrement profité des extérieurs. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. Claudia, la personne qui gère sur place la location, fut disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement et y retournerions sans hésiter !

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. Great communication, and fantastic recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us ☺️

This is a beautiful apartment in a top notch location. The lake view is stunning and it is very conveniently located for exploring the Como Lake by boat - the ferry terminal is just a few minutes walk away. Andrea was a great host and all communication with him was very smooth. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
