Civitavecchia: soggiorni in alloggi adatti ai bambini

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad met vrienden in Tarano. De communicatie liep vlot, het huis was in orde, de airco was een pluspunt en het zwembad was zeer aangenaam. 1 klein minpunt: er zijn geen parasols aanwezig zoals zichtbaar op de foto’s. Zeker een aanrader om hier te vertoeven.

We had the most exceptional stay in Bracciano. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of many attractions and the train station. David is a brilliant host who is very responsive, friendly and incredibly kind. David and Claudia made us feel at home and we appreciate everything about our stay. If I return to Bracciano, I hope to stay here again.

Paolo è stato un host eccezionale. Sempre disponibile e cortese, ha risposto con grande gentilezza a tutte le mie richieste. La sua disponibilità mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente il suo bnb a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza senza preoccupazioni e un host davvero attento.

I chose Villa Venere for its size and pricing. It turned out to be a lovely, sprawling home with warmth and comfort. Navigating amenities was a challenge but the host was helpful and responsive. I knew it was locates outside downton Rome but I was surprised to find it in a relatively isolated part of Rome's suburb. By that I mean, it was a significant distance to regular commercial activities. For it's price, it was a good deal but would ask anyone I recommend it to prepare to rent a car or at least have detailed bus maps.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous retenons l'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes. L'immeuble est calme et bien situé, proche des transports (bus), commerces, cafés et restaurant, à quelques minutes à pieds du Colisée. L'appartement est très propre, clair, de belles chambres avec rangements. Nous recommandons +++

Excelente local. Corresponde às expectativas . Muitos lugares bonitos nas proximidades e muito fácil para se deslocar a Roma de trem. Os proprietários são muito simpáticos. Recomendamos e pretendemos retornar.

il buongiorno si vede dal mattino : nonostante il ceck-in fosse automatico Paolo si è precipitato incontro per aiutarci con i bagagli sotto un temporale . Grazie per l'accoglienza . La casa risulta oltremodo spaziosa , potrebbe essere utilizzata senza problemi anche da gruppi più numerosi . Non manca nulla e con le indicazioni di Paolo abbiamo risolto anche il problema di parcheggio della nostra seconda auto .

Claudia and Fabio were amazing hosts. The week before our stay they were in constant contact helping arrange transportation from the airport to the flat. On the way from the airport to the flat Fabio gave us a ride and a little tour. The flat was well maintained and had everything we needed. It was close to Vatican City and walkable to everything we needed. If we get to Rome again we will definitely stay here. Cannot recommend them enough. Also we’re very responsive to questions and proactive with messages. Plus they gave us a gift basket and a gift for our five year olds birthday. They go above and beyond! Simply amazing!

It was a pleasure staying at this lovely apartment in the Prati neighborhood of Rome for five nights. The location is fantastic – a truly nice and quiet area, yet with the convenience of excellent restaurants and grocery stores just a short stroll away. We especially enjoyed Fratelli Rossetti, a wonderful recommendation from Antonella! Getting around Rome from here was a breeze. We found it easy to reach all the major sights by bus or Metro, not to mention the Vatican City which was within comfortable walking distance. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and it had everything we needed, whether we wanted to cook a nice meal or simply relax in the evenings after a day of exploring. Our host, Antonella, is exceptional. She proactively provided us with a wealth of helpful tips, which truly enhanced our stay in Rome. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Très bel appartement avec terrasse. Très fonctionnel et bien aménagé. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. Bien situé pour prendre les transports en commun (train pour arriver de l'aéroport et métro pour se rendre dans le centre à proximité).

The stay at the apartment was lovely, the location was perfect not far from anything; the St Peter basilica, shops and restaurants were all very walkable. Giuseppe's met us to welcome us and he was a lovely and helpful man.

We had a fabulous time! This was the perfect place for our family of four. Close to the metro with lots of fabulous restaurants in the neighborhood! I highly recommend Federico and Irina’s place!

Meine Freundin und ich haben den Aufenthalt bei Fabia sehr genossen - Fabia war immer erreichbar, hat uns herzlich empfangen und Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung war größer als gedacht, sehr sauber und angenehm kühl (perfekt für heiße Tage!). In der gut ausgestatteten Küche kann man auch mal selbst einen Kaffee zubereiten oder kochen, und sich auf dem Markt, der wirklich direkt vor der Haustüre ist, mit leckeren Lebensmitteln eindecken. Wir haben uns in der Umgebung sehr sicher gefühlt, es gibt einige süße Cafés und Restaurants, und die Ubahn ist nur 5min von der Wohnung entfernt. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt & wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke Fabia! :)

ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane appartamento pulito e in ordine .Giuseppina molto cordiale ci ha fatto trovare del cibo per iniziare la vacanza cordialmente ha fornito le istruzioni x prendere i mezzi e girare Roma ,ci siamo sentite a casa .

Estuvimos aquí de paso en nuestras vacaciones por Italia ,Olga y claudio fueron encantadores ,tienen un apartamento precioso con unas vistas inmejorables nos encantaría volver en nuestro próximo viaje

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

Era perfetto, vicinissimo al Colosseo ed altre attrazioni turistiche. Si trovava proprio al centro. Alessandra è stata sempre gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada, camas con olor agradable, aire acondicionado funcionando perfecto, amenidades indispensables o necesarias en el baño y cocina todo excelente. Si volvería otra vez.

Genau was wir erwartet hatten um Rom zu erkunden. Alles wie beschrieben, sauber und komfortabel. Anbindung zur Metro TOP, keine 2 Minuten! Gastgeber war hilfsbereit und hat alles gut erklärt. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miguel’s place! From the moment I arrived, Miguel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. C'est notre deuxième séjour chez Luca. Nous apprécions beaucoup la localisation à la fois proche de la gare et assez proche de sites touristiques comme le Colisée et le Capitole. La rue est calme et pratique. Commerces et restos à proximité. J'aime l'allure vieillotte de l'endroit. Un grand portique, quatre bâtiments entourant une cour, des balcons donnant sur l'intérieur (ça me fait penser à Sofia Loren et Marcello Mastroianni dans Une journée particulière). L'appartement contient de vieux meubles et beaucoup de livres, dvd et cd. Les murs sont décorés de belles gravures. L'appartement est petit mais convient bien à deux personnes pour un court séjour. La minuscule cuisine est assez complète. Ses armoires font penser à une brocante, beaucoup de choses en double ou en triple, certaines belles et d'autres moins. La salle de bain est très bien. Quelques bémols: La minuscule télé ne servant qu'aux dvd, le confort du mobilier. Par contre, le wifi est excellent. Merci Luca et Sofia.
