Lo más importante es el ruido por los vecinos. No permito fiestas ni botellones. Limpieza perfecta incluida. Mucha luz, barrio tranquilo, metro enfrente ,te encantará. Especial para parejas o gente que se examine de examenes, no hay ruido ninguno. Caben 3 personas Wifii. Superequipado. Para aparcar, hay zona verde y azul de pago, alquilo parking por un precio módico, siempre y cuando no lo necesite yo. Ojo, reservo fin de semana completo. Hay supermercados cerca, bares, parque, etc.

Pasea por el barrio castizo de Chamberí, vete de compras a la famosa Calle Fuencarral y camina hasta el centro dando un bonito paseo. Tiene ascensor.
