The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Loft with amazing view on the beach - Chania

The loft is located right on Chrissi Akti Public Beach (Golden Beach), one of the best beaches close to Chania (4km, 8min), accessible also by bus. It offers an amazing view to the sea. The beach is literally in front of the building. There is free parking on the street right outside. The apartment is supplemented with a huge private veranda, where you can spend most of your time when not at the beach, and a separate room for laundry and storage. It is suitable for families with kids/babies.

Antonia Traditional Estate, a brand new fully equipped estate, designed with Venetian characteristics is located in the heart of the Old Town of Chania ( just 1’ away from the city center). This apartment is a modern but also a traditional stone house, recently renovated (2020), in the heart of the old city of Chania. It was built in the early 16th century as a fortress, with the only purpose to protect the city mainly from pirate attacks and constitutes part of the Venetian wall. The residence is fully furnished and equipped in order to ensure a comfortable stay for its guests. It is an ideal place to stay for large families, large group of friends and couples.

A sunny corner apartment just five minutes on foot from city center and Nea Chora beach. The famous Old Venetian Harbor of Chania is less than ten minutes away on foot and the Agora market in the city centre is about 10 minutes walk.The lovely beach of Nea Chora, which is a blue flag beach, is perfect not only for swimming but also for evening strolls along the promenade, which is famous for its excellent restaurants with sea food, Mediterranean and Cretan traditional dishes.

The apartment Anaxagoras consists of an open-plan residential complex and is characterized by an imposing original Venetian arch, which separates the kitchen and living area from sleeping. It has direct access to your (private) garden with barbecue and large dining table with sea view. Everything has been renovated with lots of love for the traditional details in 2017. Here you can inhale a touch of Cretan history in a unique and comfortable atmosphere.

Oasis in the city center

Single bedroom house in the very centre of Chania , within walking distance of every sight of interest in the city. Our house , renovated in 2018 , is equipped with all the amenities you might need for a short or an extended stay . The front yard that appears in the photos is shared with the guests of another house but there will always be enough space for everyone. The local tax of 8€ is enforced by the tax authorities and is not a revenue for us.

To Chelidoni

The house is located in the village of Modi, atop a hill, a few minutes away from the sea and the tourist amenities of Platania and 15 minutes away from Chania . You can experience the life of a unspoiled Cretan village and have a great view of nature, the fields of olive and orange trees while you swim at the pool. The house remains traditional, using natural materials such as stone and wood, while providing all the modern comforts.

Our apartment is nestled in the narrow streets of Old Harbour of Chania. Many restaurants, cafeterias and bars are located within a short walking distance, yet it offers easy access to public transportation in case you need it, as it is close to the city center. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Χανίων, 90 μέτρα από το Ενετικό λιμάνι και 230 μέτρα από την παραλία του Κούμ Καπί. Ιδανικό για να εξερευνήσετε τα γραφικά σοκάκια με τα πόδια. Είναι ένα διώροφο πέτρινο κτίσμα του 15ου αιώνα που κατοικήθηκε το 1940 από την γιαγιά μας Στέλλα και τα παιδιά της και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2018.
