This is a super comfortable and spacious apartment. Palermo is filled with restaurants, bars and cafes and this location is convenient for all parts of city. Kitchen is stocked with a few staples but you dont need to cook in Palermo. Francesca was very quick to respond to any questions. Grocery and waterfront also very close. About 15 min walk from train station. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, view was outstanding. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Sehr gute Lage mitten im Ort. Dennoch ruhig. Schöne Terrasse. 2 weitere Balkons mit schönen Ausblicken. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Optimal auch für 4 Personen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ivana is an on outstanding host. She is very responsive and gave us a list of places to see, things to do, restaurants, etc. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and in a great location in the heart of Palermo. Highly recommended!

La casa ha tutti i comfort, non manca niente. Il bellissimo terrazzo si presta a piacevolissime serate in compagnia complice il bistrot sotto casa che ci ha fornito ottime pizze e leccornie siciliane. La zona è tranquilla e servita anche dai mezzi facilita di parcheggio. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

l’appartamento è veramente bellissimo, ristrutturato, rifinito nei minimi dettagli, spaziosissimo e climatizzato. la zona è tranquillissima e con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. la pulizia impeccabile, e l’host sempre disponibile. ci tornerei volentieri; se visitate Palermo, vi consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort possibili; non ve ne pentirete!

Martino's apartment is very beautiful. We loved the refreshing pool after a warm October day visiting The Valley of the Temples in nearby Agrigento. Everything is very clean and luxurious. Martino made checking in very smooth, and the signage to find the apartment is so helpful. The kitchen is small but works for easy meals. The apartment is equipped with a Murphy bed if you are traveling with children so does not have a sofa in the living room. The view from the apartment is spectacular. Martino is a great host.

We stayed at Pina‘s and Damiano‘s place for 8 days with our little daughter (8 months). They set up a baby bed, gave us baby towels a baby chair and even provided toys and umbrellas for the beach. It made our first trip with our baby to the beach so much nicer! It was also very convenient that we were able to use the wash machine. The location was perfect! Right in the center of Cefalù but still very quiet at night. The staircase up to the apartment are pretty steep and narrow but we didn’t mind the extra workout. Although the living room and bedroom are in one room, we managed to put our daughter to sleep and still have dinner on the small balcony. Thank you for your hospitality, all the tips and the little home that you provided for us!!!

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Ileneas Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum; Sehr modern und stylisch eingerichtet , es passt alles perfekt zusammen und ist aufeinander abgestimmt. Tolle Aufteilung der Wohnung über 2 Etagen , Der Hammer ist natürlich die Terrasse mit Mega Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Ragusa , Sowohl bei Sonnenaufgang als auch bei Sonnenuntergang , ein echtes Highlight . Diese Wohnung ist wirklich eine Top Empfehlung für einen Besuch von Ragusa und den umliegenden kleinen Städten

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Geweldige tijd gehad bij Alberto, voelden ons helemaal thuis. Prachtige kamers met groot dakterras, alle voorzieningen in huis. Buurtsuper, koffiebar en restaurants vlakbij. Prachtig dorp op berg, kust en steden goed bereikbaar met auto. Alberto is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer.

Mieszkanie jest dobrze zlokalizowane, parking pod drzwiami, wiele sklepów. Margherita to ciepła, uśmiechnięta, sympatyczna osoba, przyniosła nam mały słodki prezent, który był bardzo sympatyczny 🧡 Łóżka wygodne, miejsca dużo, czysta łazienka, bardzo dobrej jakości pralka i suszarka, oraz plus za środki do prania! W kuchni znaleźliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Spędziliśmy miło czas. Dziękujemy i będziemy polecać :)

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

What a great place in a wonderful location, so central in Modica with amazing views & yes a bit of a steep hill home but something has to justify all that pasta and Gelato! Great restaurants and our favourite Hemingway’s bar for wonderful cocktails and people watching. Cafe Adamo for delicious pastries, coffee and Gelato. Nick was very proactive and responsive as was Giorgio & the welcome pack was very much appreciated. The house was a real home from home which made us feel very relaxed and the provision of beech towels, parasols very useful, the well equipped kitchen made cooking in, easy. The house manual was full of very useful information and suggestions for places to go, some of the prices may be a little outdated, but it’s hard to keep up with inflation. I would have no doubt at recommending this lovely home in Modica & Nick in the Uk and Giorgio in Modica, make a great team. Thank you both .

Die Erfahrungen, die wir in diesem wunderschönen Landhaus als Gäste von Vincenzo gemacht haben sind unbeschreiblich: Zum einen ist die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen auf einem Berg mit einem weiten Blick ins Tal, umsäumt von mehreren Blumenwiesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr weitläufig und hat eine große Terrasse. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. An den Abenden war es im April noch recht kühl, deshalb haben wir den Kamin benutzt. Wofür alles nötige zusammen- und bereitgestellt war und wir die Wärme genießen konnten. Zum anderen sind das Highlight Vincenzo selbst und seine Tiere, die ebenfalls auf dem Anwesen leben. Wir haben ausführlich Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und wurden immer herzlich von allen begrüßt und beschnuppert :) Insgesamt ein delight!

Massimo is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive, very considerate. He offered great advice as well as background information around Palermo and Sicily, and even offered pickup and drop-off at the airport. I stayed for four weeks and wasn't homesick for even a second. The flat is very well located with a local supermarket almost next door, several good bakeries, cafés and restaurants in short walking distance, and a 20 minute walk to the old city centre. I hope to be back soon.

Lovely location close to Ballarò Street Market, right in the middle of the old part. All other important points of interest like the cathedral are in walkable distance. Owner was super responsive, even on Easter Sunday, and even organised taxi pick-ups for us.

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The apt was clean, well appointed and the hosts were both very helpful and easy to communicate. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with glassware and dishes. The view from the rooftop terrace was magical! Beautiful view of both mountain and sea. The hosts were very helpful in securing a taxi for our trip to airport. Rob and Francesco were wonderful hosts!

This spot is absolutely perfect if you’re wanting to be able to walk to all the attractions! It held a beautiful historical ambiance and the washer and dryer were a plus! You can hear the streets at night but this wasnt a problem for us. We would stay again!

Hemos estado cuatro amigas durante una semana en Sicilia. Nuestra primera parada fue en el apartamento de Roberto dado que está próximo al aeropuerto, nos comentó si necesitabamos un Transfer que utilizamos y muy bien el servicio y con respecto al apartamento todo tal y como mostraba el anuncio: limpio, céntrico, sin ruido. Lo recomiendo para visitar la ciudad de Palermo, un placer. Gracias Roberto

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

This place was a work of art! highly recommend for anyone looking for an escape, remote work or explore Sicily! The neighborhood was friendly with everything very close by and Loredana was a gracious and responsive host! Grazie mille!
