Our studio-apartment is situated in the center of the city, just 4-6 min walking to the beach and old town. It's about 30m2 plus large terrace. It has sea and entire city view. The apartment is located on the first floor, 5 mins away from the Old Town, on foot. The neibhourhood is peaceful, the beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot. The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. The apartment is detailedly shown in the photos. It has one double and two single beds. Under the apartment is the garden.

My place is close to the center of Budva town, close to the biggest shopping center TQ PLaza, taxi stations, public transport, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutiques, fashion shops, 300 m from the beaches, 500 m from the Old town. Close to the hearth of night life, but enough far from crowd. Apartment is full of daylight, with lot of space. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
