Near the house there is a church, the distance from the beach and promenade is around 100 m as well as from the nearby caffe bar, grocery store,restaurant and children playground. The city center is only 6 km away, the nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 16 km away from the apartment.

U samoj blizini zgrade je trgovacki centar, teretana i športski centar Višnjik. More i stari grad su udaljeni samo 10 minuta hoda. Supermarket, restoran i cafe bar su u neposrednoj blizini. Gradska plaža je udaljena samo 20 minuta pjesice ili 3 minute sa autom. Vidimo se!
