Bologna: soggiorni in case vacanze

Tolles Haus Genug Platz für alle aber kompliziert zu finden und hügelige Landschaft. sehr schön abgelegen aber in 20 min in einem Supermarkt. All in all sehr toller Aufenthalt

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Excellent location for peace and quiet and relaxation. we were well accommodated and friendly host only added to the great experience.

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

SPARisio was our base for our exploring holiday and it was perfect. It's secluded, but easy to find. Sasso Marconi is 15 mins away with many restaurants, shops, and a larger supermarket if the Coop in Vado is closed. Silvana and Alberto were very friendly and accommodating hosts, with plenty of recommendations. They live in the house in between the 2 Airbnb’s, so are always around if needed. The property itself is beautiful; amazing views and well equipped with everything you could need, from the pool and sports equipment to the cooking utensils and sunbed towels. There is a washing machine, but this is shared with the other Airbnb on the estate, and the hosts, which is worth bearing in mind. The pool area is lovely with loads of inflatables and volley balls, sunbeds, sofas and shade. There is no dishwasher, and I couldn’t find washing-up gloves in the supermarkets, so come prepared if you have gel nails! Overall, this is a great property, in a stunning location. Highly recommend.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Alberto’s place is in a stunning location, situated on a wooded hilltop with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful and you’re right in amongst nature! The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. We received a very warm welcome by Alessia, Ty and Alberto upon and Alberto even had some Mortadella, homemade bread, some duck eggs and red wine waiting for us after a long journey! We felt very relaxed and comfortable using the lovely gardens and outdoor spaces with our 18 month old who had a great time exploring. We bumped into Alberto on a couple of occasions and had nice conversations with him, he also gave us some great local tips! It was a perfect get away for us, grazie Alberto 🙏🏼

Une superbe maison paisible et agréable dans un très beau lieu. Nous étions en déplacement professionnel à la Fiera qui est un peu éloigné, mais quel plaisir de pouvoir se reposer le soir dans ce lieu et en journée pour ceux qui ont souhaité profiter.

alloggio grande e accogliente in posizione ottima per centro ma anche autostrada. Ottima la cura e pulizia e la dotazione in cucina. host gentilissimi. molto spazio attorno alla casa per giocare e rilassarsi se c'e' il tempo di farlo. descrizione molto accurata.

My family enjoyed our stay at La Pacifica. The house was cozy and well stocked. My spouse enjoyed using the kitchen. The views, especially from the primary bedroom, were spectacular. If there were any issues, Silvia responded promptly and helped us. What a wonderful host!

Alessandro è stato un ospite eccellente. Ci ha accolti di persona e ci ha mostrato l’appartamento, che è molto comodo e accogliente. È completamente ristrutturato, arredato con grande gusto e curato nei minimi dettagli, il che rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il riscaldamento è regolabile e permette di mantenere una temperatura ideale. Anche la posizione è perfetta: a due minuti da numerosi ristoranti e osterie, e a circa dieci minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Inoltre, è ben collegato con gli autobus. Alessandro ha reso il nostro soggiorno facile e confortevole. Senza dubbio lo ricontatterò la prossima volta che visiterò Bologna. Grazie!

Excellent location with neighbourhood feel. Easy walking to prime sites. Nicolo is a friendly and responsive host. This was our second visit and we’d gladly return.

Also wenn man mit einem auto unterwegs ist sehr schöne und gute lage 15min bis bologna ca 1h von verona entfernt also kann man auch andere städte besichtigen und sehr nette menschen und sehr bequem hat mich sehr gefreut

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie bietet genug Platz auch für vier Erwachsene. Sie liegt zentral im Ort, Geschäfte und gute Restaurants sind mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Zu trubelig ist es dort dennoch nicht, nur wenige Autos fahren durch die Straße vorm Haus, der große Garten bietet zusätzlich Ruhe. Super, dass man darin auch parken kann. Savigno ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Bologna oder Modena, für Radtouren oder Wanderungen in der herrlichen Natur der Emilia. Wir haben von dort aus auch schöne Ausflüge zum (Bade-)See von Suviana und nach Ferrara gemacht - und waren abends dennoch froh, zurück in unser idyllisches Dorf zu kommen und noch auf einen Affogato zur Eisdiele bummeln zu können. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea und seiner Schwester klappte ohne Probleme, sie waren gut zu erreichen und sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa molto bella e pulita. I vicini straordinari, gentili e ospitali. Ciccio, il nostro cane, ha trovato un nuovo amico a 4 zampe, Jack (Il vero proprietario di casa 🤭) che si è preso cura di lui, presentandogli tutti gli abitanti della zona e sgridandoci quando lasciavamo Ciccio a casa da solo. Posizione strategica per muoversi nei dintorni ed evitare il traffico. Ambiente silenzioso e tranqjillo

Dette var et veldig ålreit sted å bo for en stor familie eller flere vennepar. Fine rom med egne bad på hvert rom. Alle rommene har også sin egen kodelås. To etasjer. Stort og fint kjøkken. Linda hadde satt ut litt snacks, vann og kaffekapsler til oss, hvilket gjorde at vi følte oss veldig velkomne. Svært enkelt å bruke huset, enkel innsjekk med kodelåser og god kommunikasjon med verten. Bordtennisbordet utenfor ble flittig brukt. Kunne kanskje med fordel hatt noen flere sittemuligheter utendørs. Gratis parkering i gaten rett utenfor huset. Ca 15 min unna Bologna sentrum (ca 20 euro for taxi).

Guglielmo et Livia sont des hôtes formidables que je pourrais avoir comme amis, tant ils sont respectueux et prévenants ! Nous avons passé des moments agréables au sein de leur magnifique maison familiale, pleine d’histoire, et d’objets anciens somptueux. Cette demeure, est très bien située ! En effet, non loin de là, à Zocca, il y a divers commerces pour l’alimentation et autres en tous genres, restaurants, bars, tabacs, pharmacie, station essence… C’est un coin de paradis pour se poser en famille ou avec des amis et profiter ainsi de la belle vie !! Je n’ai qu’un regret, c’est de n’avoir pu prendre le temps de mieux vous connaître. Je reviendrai à l’occasion Jean-Sébastien

Bel accueil de nos hôtes. Des petites attentions nous attendaient dans la maison, biscuits, jus de fruits, lait, eau…. Le logement est situé dans un endroit paisible. Stop idéal, pour nous, car très proche de Bologne.

Struttura ben arredata con tutti i comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno nel centro di Bologna. Host super efficiente.
