Opustite se sa celom porodicom u ovom mirnom smeštaju koji se nalazi blizu Bajove kule 300m od centra Starog grada Kotor udaljen 9 km .Grad Perast je udaljem na 2 km.Plaza je udaljema ma 10 m. Stan ima kuhinju i dnevni boravak sa izlazom na balkon i pogledom na Bokokotorski zaliv,sobu sa velikim krevetom i balkonom koji pruža pogled na zaliv,druga soba je sa 2 ležaja i jedno kupatilo. Sve prostorije su klimatizovane ,korišćenje wi -fi mreže neograničeno,besplatan parking u sklopu smeštaja.

The terrace is ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening gatherings, and the surroundings are calm and pleasant.

Set in Herceg-Novi, just 500 m from Bijela Beach, Villa Mediterano offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a terrace and free WiFi. This villa has a private pool, a garden and free private parking. The air-conditioned villa consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a kettle, and 2 bathrooms with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

This romantic little house is located on our property. You have private entrance and gate. 5 minutes’ walk to the beach, 20 m2 terrace with a dining area. BBQ in beautiful garden. Totally renovated, with lots of natural light and 4-meter-high ceilings, it can sleep between 2-4 people. With an open plan kitchen, dining and living room and a separate double bedroom with lots of storage space (plenty room for suitcases!!) it is ideal for singles, couples and families.

You can enjoy beautiful sunsets, sun tanning on deck chairs, swimming in extremely clean water on near by beaches.
