Kurfürstendamm as well as Tauentzienstraße, the largest shopping street of Berlin with the world-famous “KaDeWE”, can comfortably be reached on foot in about 10 – 15 minutes. In the apartment there is a 55 inch Smart TV and DSL Internet access via WI-FI. Please look forward to a quiet and modern 2-room apartment in an old building which is typical of Berlin with a view to the garden.

Nice apartment + cheap due to scaffolding

++ Cheap due to construction site ++ I'm currently renting for a fairly low price because there's scaffolding in front of the facade and painting work is taking place. The house is currently being repainted. Inside, you can live normally. But the view is currently obscured. There's adhesive film on the windows. Every now and then, you can hear a freight elevator for the painters. Otherwise, I recommend it :)
