Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

Die Wohnung war super nah an der Altstadt und man hatte alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber und einen Parkplatz gibt es auch vor der Tür. Wenn man einen schönen Strand sucht, muss man ein Stück fahren aber ansonsten alles top.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage super- fast direkt am Meer. Mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter in der unteren Etage war es gut auszuhalten -Ende September. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Grado zu erkunden oder auch weitere Ausflüge nach Triest, aber auch Kroatien zu unternehmen. Einzig das nicht funktionierende Fernsehen hätte ein Problem werden können, wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre. Dann lieber kein Fernseher angeben. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Vanja’s place is such a gem! Situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Rovinj by the shimmering sea. Yet walkable which we enjoyed. The apartment is modern inside with all the comforts we need. The free parking really allowed us to enjoy. Vanja’s always responsive and easy to communicate whenever we need help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rovinj gem!

Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt, v.a. auch mit Hund. Die Wohnung selbst ist ebenso: gut geschnitten, super sauber und gemütlich. In Küche und Bad ist alles vorhanden. Und der sonnige Balkon über dem Platz ist der Hit! Donatella regelt vorab die Einfahrt in die Fußgängerzone zum Entladung, und sie ist beim Einchecken selbst da. Von Anfang an ist die Kommunikation mit ihr ganz einfach und herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne sehr bald wieder.

Just a perfect place. Own peace in your courtyard and buzzing medieval town and restaurants out the door. The space in the house was just right for a big group. Own space for everyone to chill while big enough common spaces indoors and outdoors to hangout together.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Haus mit Pool war wunderschön. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt ob alles okay ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Man hat mehrere Ausflugsziele in nicht allzu weiter Entfernung/ mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Muy buena experiencia, justo a unos pasos del mar, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio. Atendieron rápidamente nuestras solicitudes y fue un excelente lugar para descansar y salir a caminar.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

Super Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger und dennoch strandnaher Lage, mit eigenem Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder etc. Perfekt für Familien.

Siamo stati ospiti di Boris 3 giorni; la sua casa è davvero molto graziosa e allegra, accessoriata con quello che serve, piena di luce e con una finestra sul mare meravigliosa! La posizione è molto comoda, mercato per la spesa praticamente sotto casa, ristoranti e vari negozi nei dintorni. Boris è stato un host molto gentile! Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Everything was fine. The appartment was clean and big enough. The location was great and directly next to the sea. Thx to Andrej for the proactive messaging and for his recommendations. It was overall a pleasent stay.

Tolle & vorallem sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Meer und Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz vorhanden, finde ich wichtig wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei & es war kein Problem, im Gegenteil Danilo war sehr freundlich. Auch Triest für einen Tagesausflug ist schnell zu erreichen. Würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen!

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem super Zustand und sehr sauber, die beste Lage in Porec !!! Gastgeberin sehr sympathisch und freundlich, hilft bei allem und ist immer sofort erreichbar..vielen herzlichen dank für alles :)!

Despite the apartment is located in the city center, it provides pleasant tranquility and privacy from the noisy streets. In turn, Dezi, the host, is a very friendly person with a proactive approach.

Für uns von großem Vorteil war, das wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten und der Hundestrand nur 100 Meter entfernt war. Die Stadt Monfalcone ist leider sehr anschaulich- aber die Lage zu Triest / Koper oder Gradow - Venedig gut.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo e ordinato, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non mancava davvero nulla — dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, dalla lavastoviglie agli altri piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono tutto più comodo e funzionale. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: affacciarsi ogni mattina sul porticciolo turistico è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, uno spettacolo rilassante e suggestivo che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. Un grazie di cuore ad Annalisa e Sandro per la loro accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

appartamento nuovo che non mancava di niente, in posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere la spiaggia che il centro, host sempre gentile e disponibile
