This is a lovely and welcoming apartment with a patio in the center of Florence, 2 + 2 beds, and is newly renovated. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower. Avrete a disposizione l'intero appartamento, completamente arredato ed accessoriato di tutto per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile e soprattutto per farvi sentire ...." a casa". Gli ospiti dispongono dell'intero appartamento che ha una superficie di circa 80 mq Vivo a Firenze e i miei ospiti mi possono contattare per qualsiasi chiarimento o informazione.
