Barano d'Ischia: soggiorni in alloggi con patio

Wir haben 9 Nächte in Maurizios Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hat eine große Terrasse, ist sehr sauber und renoviert. Wir waren zu viert mit 2 kleinen Kindern und die Wohnung hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie nette Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Straße ist etwas laut und ein paar Mal die Woche hört man abends Musik, aber das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten gerichtet und mit Fenster zu haben die Kinder sehr gut geschlafen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es sogar eine Klimaanlage aber die Räume sind schön kühl und wir haben es nicht gebraucht. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, gesprächig und für jedes Bedürfnis bereit entgegen zu kommen. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Ischia sehr genossen!

L’appartamento è confortevole e dotato di tutti i comfort. Letto comodissimo, smart tv grande, vasca ad idromassaggio, cucina con frigo grande e forno. È situato in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima alla zona più “in” del Vomero e alla funicolare che in pochi minuti porta nel centro storico di Napoli. Manuel è stato carinissimo e sempre molto disponibile. Consigliato.

This place is easy to get to from the Metro; and the Metro stop is 2 from the main train station so not only is it a very walkable neighborhood with loads of services, it is easy to get to other places (ie: Pompeii, etc.). The space is comfortable and you have what you need for your stay. There is a board with local reco's for food and there are many many places steps away from the apt. It is a fun apartment to use. It has the peaceful side w a balcony that overlooks the courtyard and then you have a more lively side that overlooks the street. It is generally quiet by the time you need to go to sleep and if not, earplugs are provided in the nightstand. We didn't have an issue w street noise except with the early morning recycling pick up lorries only on one morning.... I would recommend this apartment as the space is comfortable, it is well located and provides a great landing spot after a long day trekking to sites in and around Naples.

Camera ordinata e pulita, posizione perfetta per visitare Sant' Angelo, abbiamo trascorso dei giorni indimenticabili e siamo stati nella assoluta tranquillità, host reattivo e flessibile sul check-in, un' esperienza da rifare.

La nostra suite era davvero bella, pulitissima, ordinata, corrispondeva alle foto di presentazione. Bellisismo anche il terrazzino a disposizione della nostra stanza. La cucinetta, spazio in comune con gli altri ospiti, aveva tutto il necessario e l’abbiamo sempre trovata pulita e in ordine. Consiglierei questo alloggio a chiunque e sarei davvero contenta di ritornarci qualora tornassi a Napoli. Dario è stato un host gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Grazie!

Appartement spacieux, d’une propreté irréprochable, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, encore plus magique au coucher du soleil. La literie est très confortable, l’espace de rangement généreux et le quartier très calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la communication facile et rapide avec Viviana, toujours disponible et bienveillante, qui nous a grandement aidés lors d'un imprévu. À quelques pas, on trouve un arrêt de bus, des petites épiceries parfaites pour les petits-déjeuners ou les pique-niques, ainsi que deux bons restaurants. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Przede wszystkim niesamowity widok na Neapol – panorama miasta i Zatoki Neapolitańskiej zapiera dech w piersiach o każdej porze dnia. Sam apartament urządzony ze smakiem i w wysokim standardzie – wszystko luksusowe, czyste, pachnące i dopracowane w najmniejszych detalach. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, klimatyzacja, szybkie Wi-Fi – niczego nam nie brakowało. Do tego spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko do centrum – idealne połączenie komfortu i lokalizacji. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto szuka wyjątkowego miejsca w Neapolu. Na pewno wrócimy!

Alojamiento con todas las comodidades, unas vista impresionantes, hacia la bahía de Nápoles y Marina grande. Parada de autobús a pocos metros y a 10 m del puerto andando. La atención magnífica, con bebida y todo lo necesario para desayunar los días de nuestra estancia. El anfitrión y Lucía muy atentos en todo momento ayudándonos a pasar unos días fantásticos en Capri. Totalmente recomendable

Absolutely stunning location, with comfort, safety, and enjoyment top of mind. It is so close to Capri but just far enough to be quiet. We absolutely loved it here!

Giovanna è stata un host squisita. Estremamente disponibile ed attenta. Appena arrivati ci ha accolti venendoci a prendere al porto e ci ha dato tantissime dritte per vedere i posti più tipici e carini di Ischia. La casa è munita di ogni confort, pulitissima. Situata in una zona tranquilla e molto silenziosa grazie anche al bel giardino che circonda la casa. Siamo stati davvero bene, un saluto da Me e l amico : )

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Our stay in AnaCapri was perfect. Annie's place is lovely, new and well stocked. She was easy to communicate with and had good suggestions. We used the little rooftop patio (as well as the clothesline). Comfortable bed, nice linens and AC if necessary. We loved the no car area with lovely local restaurants, shops and Pasticcerias. The bus system was easy to use to get to anywhere we needed. There are lots of wonderful paths to hike and views to enjoy. Swimming at Faro was a highlight. We would stay here again and for longer if we could

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's place! Monica welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips and help with our stay. Her husband even brought us local pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the large patio with a wonderful view of the sea, and the fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away. From this location, it was easy to explore the island by bus, motorbike, or rental car. We really enjoyed our stay and our interactions with Monica and her family.

We loved our stay at Stefano’s apartment in Vomero! The neighborhood is really beautiful and we felt safe and secure. The apartment is comfy, clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed and the terrace was so nice to sit out and drink tea and read. Stefano was a wonderful host and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

Robertos Wohnung seiner Eltern war sehr schön, die kurze Anbindung an die Funiculare und damit zum Verkehr der Stadt war optimal, Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Die Klimaanlage war super leise und ermöglichte es, die Fenster geschlossen zu lassen, was bei dem typischen neapolitanischen Verkehr angebracht war. Die Möglichkeit, den Ausblick über die Stadt von der Dachterrasse zu genießen, war einzigartig und wunderbar! wir waren sehr zufrieden während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes und würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft wählen! Nous étions 5 avec 3 jeunes enfants et avons passé 4 nuits chez Stefano. Nous avons été accueillis par la maman de Stefano qui ne parle pas anglais mais nous avons tous a fait réussi à nous comprendre. La maison correspond à tout ce que nous souhaitions : bien située dans une petite ruelle en retrait de la rue, à 5 min du centre, des arrêts de bus et 2 min d’un petit supermarché, dotée d’un toit terrasse avec table et transats, la maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Très propre, spacieuse, lits confortables, belle salle de bain, nombreux rangements, jeux de plage pour les enfants. Le petit plus : les voisins ont des animaux (perroquets et tortues) que l’on voit depuis le balcon et qui ont ravis nos enfants. La communication avec Stefano à distance lors de notre arrivée et départ a été fluide et réactive. C’est un coup de coeur et nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette belle maison. Merci Stefano !

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 11 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è spaziosa, accogliente e comoda, dotata di tutto il necessario per rendere piacevole anche una permanenza prolungata. L’atmosfera è calda e familiare, tanto che è stato quasi triste doverla lasciare. La posizione è ideale, situata nel cuore di Monte di Procida, e il signor Giuseppe è una persona estremamente cordiale e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un tocco di ospitalità genuina.

Had a nice time in the citrus garden and enjoyed the beach near by if you're not afraid walking some stairs. Bit oldschool interior, but cozy. Giuseppina is very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Francesco hat uns am Hafen abgeholt und uns einiges über Ischia Ponte erzählt. Seine Tipps/Empfehlungen waren wirklich sehr gut. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, es war alles in Ordnung und wir kommen gerne wieder zurück. Vielen Dank Francesco!
