Villa Vallese is located in the picturesque Istrian town of Bale. It spreads over four floors. In the basement there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace, dining area and billiards. The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area, large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and smaller living room. In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.
