This is an entire apartment with a great view to the Gastein valley! The apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed; a charming living room with a dining table in front of the big window. There is a pull-out sofa placed in the living room, suitable for 2 persons as well. The kitchen is newly renovated and has cooking basic available for guest (e.g. coffee to start mornings). There is a shower available in the bathroom with a washing machine and one toilet separately.

Das Appartment liegt im Ortsteil Schüttdorf/Zell am See in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Eingang. Die gesamte Wohneinheit befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ein eigener Vorgarten lädt zum Entspannen im Freien ein. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Geldautomat, Busstation. Kostenloser Skibus nach Kaprun nur 300m entfernt. Die neue Areitbahn mit Schischule ist nur 700m entfernt und ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Diese liebevoll gestaltete Maisonette mit überdachter Terrasse und großem Balkon wurde 2022 komplett neu errichtet und bietet dir alles, was du für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in den Bergen brauchst. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

Das Appartement befindet sich im Stadtzentrum - zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, Stadtgondel zum Skifahren und Wandern. Es gibt leider keinen fixen Parkplatz beim Haus - es kann ein Parkplatz in der öffentlichen Garage für 15€/24 Std. angemietet werden, Stand: April 2025. My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)
