Den Schlafplatz für zwei Personen erreicht man durch eine bequeme Leitertreppe. Es gibt einen kleinen Holzofen der die Hütte heizt, als Herd genutzt wird und Behaglichkeit verbreitet. Direkte Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Es befindet sich eine weitere Hütte auf dem Grundstück die auch gelegentlich Gäste beherbergt.

Het appartement bestaat uit een ruime woonkamer, keuken met eethoek, badkamer met toilet en wasmachine, 3 slaapkamers en een ruime hal. De hoofdentree is gedeeld met appartement Vos waarna ieder appartement zijn eigen af te sluiten entree heeft. In de hal van de hoofdentree is de toegang tot de kinder speelkamer, deze is dus voor gezamelijk gebruik voor de beide appartementen.
