Zum See geht es aus dem Gartentor, über die Strasse und noch 150m..., dann steht man am Badesee, Rundgang um den See 1,5 km. Autark im Bauwagen. Eine Selbstversorgerküche und ein separates Bad befinden sich im Nebengebäude, eigene Nutzung (nicht im Wohnhaus der Familie). Wir (Gesa und Christoph mit unseren beiden Kindern) wohnen im Haus auf demselben Grundstück.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am traumhaften Ammersee für 1 - 4 Personen! Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem 2.000qm großem eingewachsenen Grundstück. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und gemütlich mit Blick ins Grüne. In ca. 9 Gehminuten ist der Bahnhof, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Dampfersteg und unser Strandbad mit Seepavillon (Essen&Trinken) am Ammersee zu erreichen. Wander & Radwege starten direkt vor der Haustüre. 2 Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe im Ort.

Willkommen in meinem charmanten Tinyhouse in Kaufering, gelegen in der wunderschönen Region von Landsberg am Lech. Das Haus verfügt über ein gemütliches Schlafloft mit Dachfenster und einem weiteren Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile, ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Trotz der kompakten Größe bietet das Tinyhouse einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich, der dank der großzügigem Fensterflächen einen schönen Blick in den privaten Garten ermöglicht.
