Η οικία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 3χλμ από το κέντρο της Κέρκυρας, 1.5 χλμ. από το λιμάνι και 4 χλμ. από το αεροδρόμιο με την χρήση αυτοκινήτου .Σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου για εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης . Στα 300 μέτρα υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε δημόσια παραλία. Κοντά υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ και καφετέρια.
