Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour, la maison est très paisible, agréable à vivre et bien équipée. L’espace piscine est top! Maria nous a bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible et réactive.

Very pretty and comfortable space. Antonio was very responsive and welcoming! It was very clean and had all the amenities that you could need and in a very beautiful and quiet area. We would definitely stay here again!

Merci à Antonio et Manuela pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements au-delà de nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avions la piscine en exclusivité car nos hôtes étaient très discrets et attentionnés ( Merci Antonio pour tes conseils et attentions lors du problème médical d'Aurélie 🙏). Le logement et est même plus grand que sur les photos, avec beaucoup d'espace et de confidentialité. Nous avons pu visiter Padoue, Vérone, Ravenne, Bologne, Venise, Vincense, Ferrare , le lac de garde, le tout à 1h/1h30 maxi, idéalement placé pour découvrir le région, au calme à la campagne. Nous avons pu manger tous les soirs dehors, pas embêtés par les moustiques. Ravis de notre séjour et aussi de la belle rencontre avec Antonio et Manuela qui sont de belles personnes. Nous reviendrons et recommandons +++👍Ciao

Great house (luxurious with even a private pool) and very kind host. Would book it again without hesitation.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage bei Adriana und ihrer Familie. Es gibt einen riesigen eingezäunten Garten in dem unser Hund frei laufen konnte, einen Pool und ein wirklich sehr süßes Häuschen - und all das hat man gefühlt für sich alleine, auch wenn Adriana und ihre Family nebenan wohnen. Wir kommen wieder wenn wir in der Gegend sind 🤗

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Lorenzo è stato disponibilissimo e cordiale. La casa è bella e ha tanto spazio e in una posizione comoda per raggiungere Venezia con bus/tram, vicino c'è il supermercato per la necessità, ristorante dove si può mangiare bene.

Wir waren 5 Nächte bei Roberto und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt perfekt in der Altstadt, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kinder haben das große Hochbett geliebt, alles war total sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Roberto hat uns einen flexiblen Check-in ermöglicht, sofort auf alle Fragen reagiert und uns sogar bis zum Parkplatz eskortiert. Er hatte auch super Tipps für uns. Herzlichen Dank für alles, wir können Roberto nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

L'appartamento é in una posizione fantastica, a due passi dalla strada principale del centro di Chioggia. Ottimo il check-in in autonomia, con tastierino numerico comodissimo. L'alloggio ha un ingresso indipendente direttamente in strada e si sviluppa su 3 piani: ripostiglio/lavanderia al piano terra, cucina, salottino, bagno, camera matrimoniale al primo e una camera tripla piú un ripostiglio al secondo. Di sicuro ha superato le aspettative, comodo anche per 5/6 persone. Mattia é stato molto gentile e disponibile, rispondendo ai messaggi sempre in poco tempo, dandoci anche consigli su come muoverci per prendere il traghetto fino a Pellestrina. Se ci sarà occosione sicuramente torneremo. Ottima esperienza

Casa Tey è corrispondente all'annuncio e l'host è cordiale e precisa. Zona tranquilla, vicino ad un parco per bambini, al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Ottimo per famiglie (anche numerose come la nostra).

Great place to stay in the heart of Venice. Easy walking distance to many places. Great host who was easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

Die Lage ist super – ruhig und charmant und allem in der Nähe, das man braucht. außerdem ganz nah am Piazzale Roma und damit gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn dort, die Treppen waren für uns kein Problem – mit kleineren Kindern könnte das aber schwierig sein. Sara war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Sehr gute Unterkunft, neben verschiedener Terme, leich mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Selber Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gibt’s alles, was braucht man, befindet sich auf der Straße, leicht zu finden. Alessia war immer gut zu erreichen. Sehr schönen Ort, gute Klima. Wir waren auch1 Tag in Venedig , leicht mit dem Zug zu erreichen, ca 40 min 👍. Wir waren 1 mall im diesen Ort, gerne wieder zurück. Maison tres agréable avec parking privé et sécurisé. La maison est située à une minute de l'arrêt de bus allant directement à Venise. Les échanges avec Claudia sont tres rapide pour avoir des informations.

Nous avons passé un séjour particulièrement agréable. Roberto est un hôte accueillant, disponible et prévenant. Toujours prêt à donner les meilleurs conseils pour que l'on découvre et profite au mieux de sa région. Le logement est idéal pour une famille tant côté emplacement ( proximité des transports, restaurants, commerces,...), que côté équipement et calme. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Wir waren vier Tage in Venedig und für uns vier war die Wohnung perfekt!. Sie liegt etwas abseits der Touristenströme und das hat uns SEHR gefallen. Nette Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung und ganz nah zur nächsten Vapporetto Station . Matteo hatte ganz lieb Wasser bereitgestellt und auch Bettwäsche/ Handtücher waren liebevoll bereit gelegt. Auch die Kommunikation war super, Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.
