Die Wohnung mit Südausrichtung bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf die Alpenwelt von Karwendel u. Wetterstein. Sie wurde kürzlich neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Es gibt Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu vier Personen - sie ist jedoch ideal für zwei-drei Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über knapp 40 m2 sehr saubere Wohnfläche: Ess-Wohnzimmer (mit grosszügiger, voll ausgestatteterKüchenzeile), Schlafzimmer (mit breitem Doppelbett und neuen Matrazen), eigenes Tageslichtbad, Süd-Balkon, eigener Parkplatz.

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft, direkt an der Dorfstraße Richtung Dorfmitte, sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. 1 Autoparkplatz vor der Tür, Bushaltestelle in 2Minuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum von Mils und Hall in Tirol ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus erreichbar. Lebensmittel oder Restaurant zu Fuß in wenigen Metern. Tipps für nahe und ferne Ausflüge, auch mit Kindern gebe ich sehr gerne weiter:)

Welcome to our charming apartment which feels like home. You will have your own 55qm apartment with a spacious bathroom, cosy living room with fully equipped kitchen and a wooden balcony. In the sleeping room you find a kingsize bed with a 42 inch TV (Netflix) and a double bed on the plateau. The apartment is situated in a historical district with good infrastructure (supermarket, bakery...) and within a 10 minutes walk you will reach the inner old part of Innsbruck.

In Mils (15 km von Innsbruck entfernt) steht dieses wunderschöne, ca. 650 Jahre alte Tiroler-Bauernhaus. Das denkmalgeschützte Haus wirkt von außen romantisch und das Bergpanorama im Hintergrund lässt dieses Schmuckstück zu einem besonderen Hingucker werden. Im Inneren erwartet dich im Erdgeschoss eine im Jahr 2015 grundsanierte und moderne Wohnung mit 75qm. In dieser besonderen Unterkunft trifft der Flair des alten Bauernhauses auf eine moderne Einrichtung.
