We were very satisfied with the place. It was clean and tidy. Host was very helpful and if we had any questions he replied very fast. We needed a stay close to the station, so we can be very flexible and the place is perfect for that

The most perfect stay in Menaggio! Large apartment was perfect for our Lake Como pit stop on our honeymoon. It had everything we needed and it was in the most convenient spot. Jenny and Lorenzo were so wonderful and kind. Highly recommend booking their car service as well!

This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an AirBNB in my life! Lucia and Roberto are outstanding hosts, are super responsive, and extremely kind and caring! They gave us so much extra helpful information and even offered rides to different parts of town if we needed! The view from their home is incredible and one of the best we have ever seen. We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

Gostámos muito da casa e da sua envolvente. Perfeita para quem quer descobrir a zona do Lago di Como. Muito próxima de Varenna e com uma vista incrível para as montanhas. Um lugar a voltar!

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Lieu idyllique qui domine le lac de Côme. Maison super confort et parfaitement équipée. Calme, tranquillité, bain de soleil en toute intimité, terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Une maison aménagée avec amour et bcp de goût. Maria est une personne disponible, sympathique et son empathie avec ses locataires en fait une parfaite hôtesse. Very cozy apartment with a beautiful view, private garden/terrace... a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature and only a 10-minute walk to the center of Menaggio. The host is always available and pleasant. We definitely recommend this apartment if you want your own little oasis of peace and yet be close to all the tourist attractions on Lake Como. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer ♡

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

We have spent about a week in Casa Edera. We were a group with different ages. But everyone was comfortable in this house. The garden is very well kept and having meals in there or in the Rustico can be a very pleasent experience. This place is well equipped for any circumstance. Also in a rainy day, it is pleasent to be inside or have a nice walk in the rain in that quiet area. Priska's suggestions for trips are very helpful. You can easily spend a week by doing different things every day. The area is very quiet. The road beside the house is narrow, but it is not so difficult to get out of the parking lot. Casa Edera can be a very nice place for a family vacation and have very nice memories from it.

Notre séjour dans le logement d’Enzo et Maddie a été parfait! L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans les différents endroits à visiter du lac de Côme. La proximité de Bellagio est un gros plus. L’appartement est cosy et très propre avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Enzo et Maddie sont des hôtes très réactifs et la communication a été très rapide et facile à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Nous recommandons!

Everything in this world can be better except these apartments, because they are already perfect. Nicholas is a very responsive and helpful host. We were greeted literally by the whole his family, allowed to check in much earlier, filled the refrigerator with excellent drinks and gave useful tips. The apartment is simply wonderful - good parking, a spacious living room and bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you need, beautiful decor and pleasant details everywhere. But the main thing is, of course, the view from every point. I have chosen accommodation from hundreds of options and I am sure that I have chosen the best one.

Lovely 3 nights at Annamaria’s place. Beautiful view which we enjoyed every morning and evening after a day of exploring. 30min drive from lake como and 1 hour from Milan - very easy.

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

Marisa et Antonello sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. La communication avec eux a été très facile et surtout ils ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture de location. Encore un grand merci à vous. L'appartement mérite ses 5 étoiles sans problème. Très propre et rien ne manque. Résidence calme et stationnement sans problème dans la rue. L'emplacement est idéalement situé pour visiter Milan et la région des lacs. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Wir haben großartige 5 Nächte in Fionas Appartement verbracht und vergeben eine rundum 5-⭐️-Bewertung und ein extra Plus für die liebevolle Betreuung 🤗 Fiona war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat neben tollen Ausflugstips und Restaurantempfehlungen auch bei der Reservierung für die ersten beiden Tage geholfen. Die Villa Regina ist leicht zu finden und ideal in der „Mitte des Sees“ gelegen. Die Wohnung ist genau so schön, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Parkplatz mit der guten Zufahrtsmöglichkeit. Wer schon einmal am Lago di Como war, weiß wie wertvoll dieser ist. Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei und eine Gelateria sind in der Nähe. Für uns war es wichtig morgens eine kleine Runde mit dem Hund spazieren zu können, dafür ist die Lage optimal. wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Renzo und seiner Familie sehr genossen. die Wohung ist grosszügig, tiptop eingerichtet und sauber. Die Familie betreibt das AirBnB eigenständig, mit viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit. kleine Annehmlichkeiten (Brot, Konfi, Butter, Kaffee und Getränke) bei der Ankunft haben wir ebenfalls sehr geschätzt. Für unseren Sohn wurde Babybett und Hochstuhl bereitgestellt. Wir können die Unterkunft bei Renzo und seiner Familie sehr empfehlen.
