This unique house is a renovated stone house in a traditional village that has brought to life the last years. The village has a great and interesting history and there are remainings of it together with other buildings that was renovated the last years. It is a whole space with a double bed in an internal balcony of the house. A small but unique kichen underneath. An open space for the sitting room that can host one more person and the kitchen table. All the renovation was based on respect!

A little house on the prairie situated on a farm, very close to Tigaki and Marmari beaches, conveniently located in the centre of the island, ideal for quiet holidays with friends or family! Our farm is 50 metres behind the house. Guests are welcome to enjoy our local produce and the family atmosphere. The house is also very close to one of the island's hot spots for kite surfing! It's ideal for kite surfers as the wind in the area is perfect almost every day of the summer.

Traditional village house with sea view

The house is located in Asfendiou, a picturesque and quiet village near Zia. It was built in 1923 and has been renovated in a way to combine both traditional and modern style. The terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea and gives a great sunset view. Around 25 min. away from Kos town and 20 min. away from the airport. You can reach the beach only by car in 10-15 min. In any case, renting a vehicle of your choice is highly recommended to make the best of your stay in Kos.
