We stayed 3 nights and the house was nicely appointed, clean and spacious and beds were comfortable. This home was decorated well to match each room. Well thought out. This house had snacks and clear instructions in the home. Bruce answered all my questions and this home was close to the soccer field which was helpful. Overall, if we will be back in this area for soccer this will be the first place I will look to book. This home is close to everything and I felt safe.

Great spot to hang with your loved ones before the show. Venue is only a few miles away. All the comforts of home. Loved the little music decorative touches. Thanks!!

Gem on Pearl was just what we needed for our stay. Location was great for walking to some good local restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We were happy being able to bring our dogs. We appreciated the personal message on the black board regarding the reason for our stay. We will definitely be using again for our next visit. This place was huge, the bedrooms were big and multiple washrooms was very handy. We let the propane stove and enjoyed the hot tub each night. Although it’s not walkable to downtown, we knew that before booking and had a rental car that we parked out front on the street for free each night with no hassle. If we ever go back to Indianapolis, I won’t even search we will just book this place. It was awesome.

The overall house was bigger than it looks from the outside! Convenient Location with a lot of good foods/things to do/breweries within 20 minutes or less.

This is a super cool Indy stay. Jenni is an amazing host with an awesome attention to detail. It is everything an Airbnb should be. We highly recommend staying here!

The house was great - plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 teens, a 10yo, and a dog! We loved the hot tub, ping pong, and skee ball!! Beds were comfy, house was well stocked, and we settled right in and had a great time. Location feels private and secluded, but was a 15 minute drive or less to everything we needed or wanted to do. Would absolutely book again!!

Very nice place! Very clean. We were planning to watch our son run in the Carmel Marathon (unfortunately it got canceled) we were very close to the starting point. Audrina also worked with us on a last minute request for a little early entry.

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

Really interesting & fun decor, snacks, coffee and tea, historic neighborhood, plenty of good food and drinks in walking distance, washer and dryer, thoughtful host...good stuff! Thank you!

Butler Villa is exactly what I needed. A clean, functional, temporary home that was clean, well maintained, and nothing missing. It checked all the boxes and made my relocation easy. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

This cabin was a wonderful place for a family gathering. My family and my sisters’ families got together for a wedding and it was the perfect location for us, as it was close to the wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner location. The cabin had very nice sized bedrooms with lots of space for everyone to sleep and relax, a cozy living area with a fireplace, and an ample kitchen and eating space. We loved it and would definitely recommend for others!

I loved every bit of this stay. By far the most welcoming and made you feel like you made friendships and was visiting friends. Loved the place and enjoyed the company . The host went above and beyond. This is a stay I would suggest anyone to pick.

Rachel met us promptly upon arrival to escort us to her secluded cabin. The property was beautiful! There is plenty of mowed grass area to run and play. The view from the front porch of the cabin is lovely . We’d definitely stay there again!!

Wow--what a perfectly peaceful little retreat! This space felt like a cozy embrace and was just what I needed to rest and rejuvenate. Thank you for the obvious warmth and love that has been poured into this space. The surroundings were absolutely serene and peaceful. 10/10 would recommend and hope to be back again soon!

This is a very beautiful place with plenty of privacy and beautiful surroundings. The host "Apolonia" is a very kind, responsive, and understanding host. Unfortunately there was some storm damage from the storms that came through in the days prior to our stay that the host was unaware of. However, when I contacted Apilonia in regards to these issues she was extremely responsive and apologetic. She was very understanding when I vacated my reservation early due to said storm damage and very helpful when it came to me getting a refund for the days I was unable to stay. I hope someday to revisit and get the full enjoyment this place has to offer. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway from the everyday life. It offers beautiful scenery, the cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous and the host is exceptional.

I had an incredible stay at this A-frame Airbnb! The cabin itself is charming, cozy, and beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and a serene atmosphere. It was the perfect retreat for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were outstanding—extremely responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions or offer helpful recommendations. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a unique and welcoming space!

Absolutely love the house. I loved the view from the top decks. The waterfalls is very nearby and beautiful. I love the fact that we was able to book this place and keep our dog with us. Thats what sold us on staying here and the fishing for the kids. Very big bass in the pond. Good pass time with the family. Unfortunately the general store wasn't open. The lady was sick that runs it. Very nice community. Jeff did great with communication. Especially when i stupidly locked myself out of the house. I did accidentally check in early after 24 hours of no sleep to get from NC to IN. He was very nice about it, and it was no problem. I knew the water did not smell good from previous reviews. So no complaints there. I was just greatful to get this place last minute so we could be close to the club to compete in the UKC TOC. Very blessed to stay here.
