Un lugar bello, con buen acceso al mar. Anfitriones excelentes, y un ambiente muy cálido Lo único sería que el internet no llega muy bien, y hacen falta algunos electrodomésticos como microondas o un horno. Pero para desconectar y estar disfrutando al 100 del lugar con tu pareja es ideal

What a wonderful vacation. Such a nice house in the best location imaginable. The staff is amazing. The communication was easy. Loved the swimming pool. Steps out of your door you are at an amazing beach with many food options. I highly suggest bisto Del Mar for dinner. 100 steps away from the house and an amazing dinner. 5 star vacation. We will be back.

Claudia (and Claudia) were great hosts. As described, the home is up the hill from playa la ropa so it’s probably smart to have a car. There are taxis available but it’s a hot, sweaty walk up the hill even if you’re fit. The three things that really stand out are the pool, the view, and especially Claudia the housekeeper/cook. She was kind and responsive to our needs. She made a wonderful Mexican breakfast every morning and kept the place clean and tidy. We had a great stay!

13 of us stayed at Casa Cielo for a family reunion for two heavenly weeks. This place was amazing. Both the beauty of the location and the luxury and comfort of the casa were outstanding. But what really made Casa Cielo special for us was the kindness, expertise and flexibility of the staff. Christina, Rosa, Sergio and Narcy were friendly, gracious, and funny. They prepared our beautiful breakfast every day and kept the place spotless. They accomdated our schedule and our two picky eaters. For a reasonable extra fee they prepared traditional Mexican dishes for both our 10:00am breakfast and our 3:30pm lunch. I had a cold, and without my even asking they prepared a traditional cough remedy for me every day. We hated saying goodbye after two relaxing weeks of massages, yoga, swimming and snorkeling at the beach, fishing, walking to town, and watching the beautiful sunsets from the outside common areas of Casa Cielo. Definitely worth the money.

Peter and Karen have created an architectural wonder with Casa d'Arte. I was so happy to be back in this tropical paradise. The villa is spectacular. They are wonderful hosts as is Dexter and such a pleasure to communicate with - full of great tips and recommendations. We had 7 delicious days there and it was so hard to leave. Armando, the caretaker took great care of us and is a very cool guy. Loribet is a wonderful cook and a lovely person and we enjoyed her amazing chilaquiles, grilled lobster, tamales and so much more. And Lorena was a delight. We saw whales breaching every afternoon from the pool, had wonderful walks on the magnificent beach, and we loved lounging in the sumptuous pool. Now that we are back in Los Angeles we dream about our stay. Can't wait to go back. Gracias Peter, Karen and Dexter! We loved every second.

We had a very relaxing time in a beautiful place. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the restaurant, the view is amazing and wait staff very friendly and attentive! Luis even found us yoga mats to use! The kitchen has a few basics, but not set up very well if one was planning to cook, which we didn’t. Lack of utensils and cookware, but maybe most people don’t cook. It is located on a hill between Madera and La Ropa beaches so if you plan to go walk to beaches or out to eat the hills are very steep either way you go, but that did make for a beautiful view and a good workout everyday. Taxis are very plentiful and inexpensive and would be the way to get around if you don’t want to trek up the hills. We rented a car, which I wouldn’t recommend expensive because of the insurance you have to pay in Mexico and we didn’t use it very much. Recommend using taxis unless you plan to do some exploring around the region. We would definitely go back!
