Es war ein toller Aufenthalt mit meinen 2 Kids. Schöner Ausblick beim Frühstück. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber bei Fragen. Einzig die Toilette ist klein und hat kein Fenster. Super Ausstattung der Küche. Ansonsten: Sehr gute Lage, um alle Wanderungen / Ski Gebiete mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen + Supermärkte um die Ecke. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Geri und Elisabeth war wunderbar. Die ruhige Lage, der traumhafte Ausblick, der gemütliche, helle Wintergarten, der See quasi vor der Haustür, um die wichtigsten Faktoren zu nennen, die dazu beigetragen . Geri und Elisabeth haben bei Problemen sofort reagiert und sich darum gekümmert, es zu lösen. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung also anderen uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde gerne wiederkommen.

Потрясающее место, мы сюда возвращаемся во второй раз уже. Прекрасные аппараты в сказочном месте. Имеется полностью все для полноценного отдыха и жизни. Очень удобная локация, есть вся инфраструктура рядом. Нас встретила необыкновенная женщина Марика, она очень приятная, милая и как настоящая хозяйка держит весь дом в чистоте и порядке и заботиться о каждом госте. Очень советуем всем и обязательно вернемся еще :)

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit einer überaus freundlichen Gastgeberin. Alles vor Ort was das Herz begehrt - vor allem die Küche war tiptop ausgerichtet. Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation tadellos. Jederzeit immer wieder - vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit Mieke.

Amazing place; the view, the on premise parking, the facilities and also the central location for me to explore Zell Am See and nearby areas with my car. Suffice to say, I will be back to this Airbnb unit...highly recommended!

Great place, ideal if you’re coming by car. Nice parking, very peaceful location, beautiful yard and view to the mountains. Everything you need is within 5-10 minutes drive (groceries, ski slopes). The place is clean and comfortable, with well equiped kitchen and lots of glasses for different drinks (which is rare in airbnbs, you’d usually get only number of glasses that match guests capacity). I highly recommend staying in this place!

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Ruim en comfortabel appartement met prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar. Directe toegang tot het meer. De jacuzzi en gasbarbecue zijn echte meerwaarde. We hadden een geweldig verblijf, zeker een aanrader!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit am Rosenhof! Mit Blick auf den See in der Sonne zu frühstücken und nachmittags im Whirlpool zu sitzen werden wir sicherlich vermissen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

super Lage, der traumhafte See, sowas von nah... Ich habe das Gefühl, es gab kein Haus am See, was näher dran war. Ich war vier Tage vor Ort, und habe mein Auto nie benutzt. Alles, was ich gebraucht habe, gab es in Fußnähe. Küchenzeile und Bad, alles perfekt. Gerne wieder!

Prachtig familie huis 8 persoon

Heel fijn huis met 4 slaapkamers (waarvan 1 met losse bedden). Alles nieuw en brandschoon. Vriendelijke host! Centrum Kirchberg maar toch rustig en vlakbij de piste.

The place is easy to find. Eva gave clear instructions and check in was smooth and easy. Dedicated parking lot for this unit. The accommodation was spacious and very clean. Bathroom is clean as well. Kitchen is filled with sufficient utensils, along with working oven and dishwasher. My family love the place alot and wish we could stay longer. Eva was also very responsive and she tried her best to address our needs. Very much appreciated.
