The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Dit gastenverblijf is rustiek ingericht en helemaal van deze tijd op een van de mooiste locaties aan de westkust van Nederland. Parkeren op eigen terrein, en alle privacy. Een heerlijk rustig appartement, vlakbij het strand, station en centrum. Vanaf het terras zie je de zee! Twee minuten lopen en je bent op het strand. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang. Binnen is alles aanwezig; keuken, douche, wc, beddengoed, handdoeken, koffie, thee, shampoo. Tegenover het huis is een privé-garage voor uw auto. Het station is drie minuten lopen. Met de trein is het een korte rit naar Haarlem en Amsterdam. Kortom; ideaal voor een heerlijk korte of lange vakantie!

We provide 2 bikes (for free), so you can get around easily. The supermarket, farmacie & shops are within a 10 min. walk. Busy You @ Sea is een volledig gerenoveerde studio, open sinds maart 2024. Op één minuut lopen van de duinen. Ook het strand en het centrum bevinden zich op loopafstand. Dé plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen! De gezellige studio met eigen opgang (29 m2, open ruimte) is gelegen in het souterrain en van alle gemakken voorzien. Openslaande deuren geven toegang tot je privé terras, met uitzicht op de (gedeeltelijk omheinde) tuin.

De studio bevindt zich in het rustige Zandvoort zuid op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en duinen. Onze gasten waarderen de perfecte ligging enorm. De studio is in 2023 geheel gerenoveerd en heeft een andere indeling gekregen. De comfortabele badkamer scheidt het woongedeelte van het slaapgedeelte wat meer privacy biedt.
