The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Het appartement heeft een balkon waar je perfect wakker kan worden met een kopje koffie of de dag kan afsluiten met een wijntje. Het strand is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen.
