The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Onze studio is van alle gemakken voorzien met een heerlijk bed van 160x210. Een eigen keuken, heerlijke douche en tv met Netflix. Het is een rustige straat en alles is op loopafstand. Ons strand heeft vele mooie, leuke en gezellige strandtenten met ontzettend lekker eten en mooie wijnen. Ons dorp is heel erg gezellig. Leuke winkeltjes en fijne restaurantjes. De natuur in de omgeving is prachtig. De ideale strandvakantie, (kite)surf vakantie of lekker van de natuur in de omgeving genieten.

Casa del mar including free parking

The apartment, located in the basement of our house, is accessible through our beautiful private garden and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The beach, the circuit, the dunes and the village are within walking distance. You have your own garden, which is separated from our private garden by a wooden fence. So both you and we have our own privacy. It may be that our very friendly cat will visit you in the garden, but it may not enter the apartment.

Marie Maris is a fresh and fully renovated apartment at a prime location: right behind the boulevard, less than one minute from the beach and only two minutes to the entrance of the natural reserve dune area. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.
