Zakinthos: soggiorni in case vacanze

Lovely villa. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings but only a 10 minute drive (€10 taxi) from Zakynthos town. It’s tricky to find but Aliki who lives next door and I guess manages the property was very helpful and spoke to our taxi driver to give directions. Aliki is lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

Highly recommend this place, it is exactly like the photos, very stylish and comfortable. A nice walk to the old town with loads of amazing recommendations from the hosts - everywhere we went was incredible. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any queries. We will definitely be back ☺️

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Olga ist eine absolut tolle Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war super ! Es war groß und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Und vorallem die Gastfreundschaft war wirklich sehr toll und uns wurden alle Anliegen und Wünsche erfüllt. Olga und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft besuchen!!!

Excellent property with all the amenities, very clean and in a quite location. The hosts live next door and were really friendly and willing to help out during our stay. I definitely recommend it!

Villa Seva was everything we look for in a villa for two. The location is stunning, perched on a hillside, with no overlooking buildings and a stunning pool. Beautiful sea view and total privacy. Nansy lives in the house behind with her family, and was always only a text away if we needed her. But left us to ourselves during our stay. The villa looks great in the photos - but in reality its even better. It's one of the most stunning little villas we've ever stayed in and we'll be booking it again next year, we hope. Nansy's family also owns a local restaurant Madrakia where we ate the first night - and another two nights - as it was just perfect. There are also some other fantastic restaurants Nansy recommended. We loved The Old Windmill. There's a number of nearby beaches, all of them beautiful. Kremidi beach, about a 5 minute drive was particularly beautiful. Not much to do in Agios Nikolaos, it's a very small place. But that wasn't a problem for us. We loved our stay at the villa.

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, highly recommend and would definitely stay again. good space to relax inside and pool side. great kitchen with all amenities. all rooms have ensuite. beds are very comfortable, with air conditioning in all rooms. exceptionally clean and homely feel. nice and quiet area with privacy. great poolside view of the sunset and sunrise. Stratos (host) was very quick to respond and to help with anything we needed. Thank you. We spent a number of evenings just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the BBQ. Shops, restaurants and bars are a short taxi or drive away. Would advice hiring a car as public transport doesn't really exist on the island. The local beach is beautiful with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and places to book day trips. 100% recommend!!

It was very nice and clean house, whit great view and very easy location to find. Georgia it was very Kind. It was pleasure for us to visit this property.

Nikitas and Marie-Noelle have something special here in a beautiful corner of Zakynthos. The house feels loved and looked after, like an actual home. The outside space around the house is perfect for spending a warm afternoon in the shade with a beer. The beds are super comfortable. The beach is literally 2 mins away, perfect for a sunset or sunrise dip. They were such generous hosts and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We can’t wait to come back next year, thanks so much you two!

We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen door mama Nena, wat een lieve vrouw. Het huis ligt op een prachtige locatie, wat een rust en ruimte. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en je voelt je snel thuis. Het balkon is zo groot dat je zowel de zon als schaduw kunt opzoeken. Op de 2e dag verraste mama Nena ons met een heerlijk grieks dessert om te proeven: Halvah, echt heerlijk! We bevelen deze locatie van harte aan en komen graag nog eens terug!

Het was echt geweldig! Wat een fantastisch uitzicht over de zee, met aan de overkant, zeer in de verte bergen. Echt een plaatje. Grote tuin er bij met verschillende zitplekken, hangmatten en een zweefbed, ligstoelen, etc. Blijft gewoon op je netvlies staan, zo mooi. We hadden 6 dagen gehuurd en zelfs tussendoor kreeg het huis nog een keer volledige schoonmaak, werd het bed verschoond, etc. De host waren zeer vriendelijk en proactief, als we iets nodig hadden als bbq, kwamen ze het ook nog eens brengen. We schrijven zelden een review, maar dit was zo mooi, dat gun je een ander ook.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und genau wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut, sehr zu empfehlen

we hebben het geweldig gehad! het huisje,zwembad, omgeving is nog mooier dan op de foto s. het huisje is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, echt ontzettend compleet ! het zwembad is heerlijk en tuin is mooi. er werd regelmatig gevraagd of alles naar wens was op een prettige manier . halverwege de week kwam er een schoonmaker en ook handdoeken werden ververst. de omgeving is mooi , je moet wel een auto hebben anders kom je niet ver . op loopafstand is een minimarkt en twee restaurants. wij hebben geen feedback, het was ontzettend goed!

We stayed at several accomodations ranging all the way to high end five star. This was one of our favorite stays. It was nested in a beautiful community with kind locals. Just down the street there are cute cafes and local eateries. The home is nicer in person than the pictures reflect. Highly recommended.

The villa was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated in bohemian style. Clean as new. Giannis went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. He even brought my mother fresh fruits and vegetables from his private farm. The location was perfectly peaceful and quiet, yet 10 minutes drive to all the island’s hot spots. We had a great time at this villa and i highly recommend you stay there for a memorable stay in Zakynthos.

Carol is a FANTASTIC host - absolutely amazing villa! the six of us had a great time exploring the island and coming back to the warmth of Carol's bar, team and food. felt extremely welcome and Carol went out of her way from start to finish to ensure our stay was as amazing as possible. deffo book if you are thinking about it! This is one not to miss!

Great place to stay, the house was beautiful, clean and had all you need, the garden was also beautiful and enjoyable. The place is a great choice if you want to be near the fun places of laganas, but also to have some privacy and quiet.

Lisa è una super host, lei e la sua famiglia sono stati molto ospitali, amichevoli e disponibili sin dal nostro arrivo. La casa è nuova, ampia, ben strutturata e organizzata. Inoltre la proprietaria ti da la possibilità di usufruire della spiaggia privata che dista circa 5 minuti in macchina dalla casa. La zona è particolarmente tranquilla, distante dalle zone di movida ed è ideale per chi vuole farsi una vacanza in assoluto relax. E' necessaria la macchina per spostarsi e raggiungere le aree di interesse, il mare e i punti di ristoro. La vista dall'abitazione è mozzafiato sul mare e regala tramonti stupendi. Siamo stati molto bene e se potremo ci ritorneremo volentieri. Super consigliato!

Wij hadden een zeer leuk en aangenaam verblijf hier. Alles is kraaknet en komt volledig overeen met de foto's. Het terras met jacuzzi en de zee op de achtergrond is zalig. Zeer goede service, alle dagen werden de bedden opgemaakt en de jacuzzi gebruiksklaar gemaakt. Nikos reageert onmiddellijk en lost ook alles onmiddellijk op. Wij kregen ook leuke tips voor goede restaurants. Doordat we buiten het seizoen hier waren was het natuurlijk heel rustig in de buurt en was er bijna niks open, maar Zakynthos stad is slecht een paar km verder op en daar heb je alles wat je nodig hebt. Dus zeker niet twijfelen, dit is een echte aanrader :)

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Tasos&Vicky stunning villa. They were incredible hosts who were always easy to contact and communicate with. When we arrived they gave us a beautiful bottle of wine and basket of treats. The villa itself is kept in pristine condition. It is modern and has all the amenities you could need. Cleaners and pool maintenance come every morning during your stay and are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient with a shop less than 10 metres away and is a short walk from all the local bars and restaurants of Tsilivi. We couldn’t recommend the Villa enough and we would love to visit again. Thanks Tasos&Vicky!

Welcomed by Antonio at a very late check in time of 2300. Instantly could tell he's a great guy. over the week week stayed he attended daily to check and clean the pool. we often chatted and we leaned alot about his family and the history of the villa etc. gave us lots of recomadations. The villa is 10mins from the airport and in a perfect spot to explore the island. The pool is amazing as is the view from the balcony. I thought the value for what we paid was fantastic and hope to return. 5/5
