Na prvoj etaži je moderan dnevni boravak sa kaučem te radni stol sa mini barom i sefom, dok vas na katu čeka udobna spavaća soba sa modernim kupatilom i prostranim krevetom . Do glavnog trga ima 100 metara te do muzeja Iluzija i muzeja stakla ima 50 metara. Smještaj je okružen raznim restoranima i spomenicima. U blizini su mjesta za zabavu i ducani . Svaka soba ima zasebni klima-ure Savršeno mjesto kao baza za istraživanje svih povijesnih spomenika, izvrsnih restorana i barova. Blizu Zadarskog mosta.

You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. The Old town is less than 350 m away, a supermarket, bank and post office right across the street, as well as the bus station, from where you can reach all city beaches within 15-20 mins. 2nd floor with an elevator. NO PETS allowed.
