Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

Very small older home, in an older neighborhood. Smart TV in each room with Hulu and Netflix. There is NO cable!! Pet approvals are based on breed/allergens. Please INQUIRE on pet fee before booking. Fee covers general cleaning up after pet. If your pet pees or poohs inside $1

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
