A spacious and comfortable house, it provides an excellent base for families and couples alike, away from the bustle of the promenade, yet minutes walk to both the beach and town centre Sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms An additional two guests can be accommodated on two fold up single beds. The cabin is the perfect escape from the busyness and stress of modern life, set in an idyllic location at the bottom of a private track off the North York Moors. The cabin is the ideal place to cosy up by the fire, listen to a record and take in the beauty of the views and local wildlife. And if you need an anecdote to the autumn weather then there's nothing like our traditional Finnish sauna available for £10 pp p/h to stimulate the senses and relax the body- letting your worries fall away!

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The Shoemakers Cottage has undoubtedly one of the best locations in Whitby right at the bottom of the 199 steps tucked in a quiet alley off the cobbled street. A small but cosy romantic cottage over 3 floors close to the harbour, the abbey and very close to Tate Hill Beach. BBQ and picnic basket set provided. Romantic victorian freestanding bath in the main bedroom. Arrival is down the busy cobbled church street. Best location. On-street parking scratch card provided in the W zone 10min walk.

Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

The Smithy at Cross Pipes, Goathland

The Smithy is a self contained stone built cottage situated on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Spacious studio accommodation with a king sized bed in a recessed area, walk in shower and toilet, full kitchen facilities, wood burning stove, TV and Wi-Fi. There is an outside seating area and private parking.

Summerfield Bungalow

Summerfield bungalow is located just outside the village of Hawsker, midway between Whitby & Robin Hood’s bay. The bungalow is private, detached, not overlooked & is spacious, bright with stunning views from every window. From the front you can see Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church approx 20 metres away & from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. The gardens extend to around a third of an acre and are secure.

Mulberry Mews is an annex conversion situated in the peaceful village of Keelby. After a day of walking in the Lincolnshire countryside or enjoying the local coastline, guests can unwind in our luxurious bathroom suite. The open plan kitchen-living area provides a unique space to enjoy relaxing evenings, which can also extend to the outdoors with access to a private garden area. The double bedroom provides a cosy space complete with large comfortable bed for the perfect nights sleep.

The Kimberlina is a cosy, custom built, carriage located in Ravenscar, a beautiful coastal village situated on the Jurassic Coast National Park. The carriage is nestled in a field to the back of a working farm, surrounded by fantastic views and natural beauty, it is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or relaxing evening following a days walk along the Cleveland Way. Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.
