Fantastic location. Clean and great for group traveling together. Lots of space.

We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

perfect spot just on the edge of the city, apartment was spotless and had no issues.

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

Absolutely lovely place. Exactly as described. Everything we needed. Only place for 1 car per apartment, but was easy to find another carpark. 15 minute walk straight down main road leading into the centre. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

A lovely apartment which was clean & fresh upon check-in. The location was great for what we needed and the host was reliable and responsive! The only downfall was the size of the sofa bed. Despite saying it was double, there was no way 2 people could fit and sleep on there. Thank you ☺️

Great place to stay in the centre of Bedale. Flat had everything we needed and was cosy. Parking was free on the car park. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Pauline was a very helpful host and we enjoyed our weekend.

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

Wow wow wow, what an amazing place to stay. Stunning house, stunning location. The attention to detail was fantastic, Philippa and Andrew were so approachable, friendly and helpful and they helped to make our stay comfortable. The house was spotless and full of everything we needed. Our children are already asking how soon we can come and visit again. The hot tub was ready for our arrival and the view were gorgeous, what a gem of a find. Very much looking forward to returning to Yoredale House, Thankyou for having us!

If you're looking for a sumptuous accommodation in easy walking distance of the York Train Station and surrounds, this AirBnB is fantastic. As home cooks we organised a grocery delivery straight to the house, which arrived promptly. There's also a small Sainsbury's tucked in the side of the York train station opposite the glassed Family Room for urgent supplies. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook a proper meal. There is a separate, combined lounge dining area overlooking the garden which is great for entertaining. We enjoyed going up and down the carpeted stairs to the upper levels, as it was a novelty for us, however this might not suit someone with mobility challenges. We loved staying in this AirBnB and thought the amenities were better than most five star hotels. We would definitely book again.

Very nice place, stayed as we were going to a family wedding, Ian was very helpful when asking how close to the venue, very quick at responding and the house felt like a home, would deffinately reccomend

Only stayed for one night. The place was clean tidy and very cosy. The only bad thing was that we didn’t stay longer

The house is beautiful, very clean, we had everything we needed. It is the nicest and cleanest house we have stayed in on vacation.I would definitely recommend, the area is very beautiful.

There were a few lovely surprises here. The huge shared garden space was a delight. Very peaceful and my dog was delighted to lie in the grass all day. The cafe next door was very pleasant and parking was easy.

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

Fantastic place to stay, very central, extremely clean and well equipped. Host was very communicative even giving us a location of a super market we could stop at on our way so we weren’t hunting for one. Felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this host if you are heading to York.

Richard’s place was perfect, very peaceful. Very well equipped and thought out. Will definitely come back when visiting family in Leeds.

Diane’s apartment was delightful. Tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. It was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed for our stay and is the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in. It is conveniently situated in the centre of Malton with a designated parking space. The only thing we might say is that, if you have a big vehicle, parking can be a bit tight. Thank you Diane.

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. We had a great stay, a brilliant location to walk to all the amazing things to do in York. The apartment was really clean , well equipped and spacious for the 3 of us with a good layout to relax after a day of sightseeing! Chris was a great host with really helpful and proactive instructions and recommendations. Would definitely stay again should we return to York. Thanks Chris!

Truly wonderful and stylish flat in fabulous location for all that Ilkley has to offer. The flat was comfortable, warm, had everything we needed and felt secure and private. The bonus of a parking space at the back of the property (having unloaded at the front) was brilliant. The owners had left plenty of UHT milks, teabags, coffee, herbs and spices, oil, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and so on which meant we really were off to a good start in the kitchen - best of all were the amazing bright yellow yolked fresh eggs from their own hens which was a really lovely touch (when available) There are several mini flights of stairs to get up which was fine for us.
